Meet Tea, Temple City CA

This place opens at 11: 30am on Wednesday not 11am, even though the hours on both Google and Yelp say 11am-12am.

Will gladly delete this review when this has been fixed by either a change on Google and yelp or the store actually opening at 11am. Oddly, no hours are posted outside the shop. Part of me suspects the person opening today just arbitrarily picked 11: 30am because they were behind. Just speculation though. The open sign was on and the door was wide open. They had not prepared the shop yet, so chairs were still stacked and whatnot.

There are a lot of parking at best, service and drinks here aren't great. No friendly customers service, all self service and not helpful staffs. Very Blah.

So last week my friend and I went there at 9PM to hang out for a bit.after we got inside we wanted to close the door since it was 55 degrees outside. For whatever reason the staff told us to leave the door open. We really didnt understand why but we declined to pay to sit in an icy space.

I had ordered two Thai tea to go while I was there. My bank notified me that I was charged 3 times for the same order. I saw on my app that it was true. I showed the workers. They said let your bank know but we can't help you. Terrible they knew what happened and they just decided not to help not cool.

Bad customer service. Was the first one and only customers there made me waited 40 minutes for a drink. Why would need to wait 40 minutes for coffee. There was no one other customer there. Would not recommend unless u want to waste you’re life away.

Worst boba ever. Ordered brown sugar milk tea with Boba. It was literally just milk and a squirt of brown sugary syrup— and the boba was weirdly too soft. Totally disappointed. The guy at the counter was also totally inattentive—just a weird experience. Don’t waste your $6.

The Chinese male employee is very rude. A customer went in to pick up his order, but the employee did not greet him or help him. He saw the customer, but continued to finish other drinks. They should not do that because the customer is waiting and his order is already on the table ready to be pick up. But the employee wanted to finish his work before talking to customer wow

Great service, and their snacks are yummy. Live their selection of yummy drinks. Especially their milk tea with boba! So good!

Warning! Big Scam! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!

Tonight, my daughter and I decided to stop by and order two drinks. After ordering the drinks, the cashier quickly hit the tip of 15% and then turned the IPAD-Like screen for me to sign with my credit card inserted. After I signed, in my head I did a little calculation and thought the amount wasn't right!

Turns out they were trained to quickly hit the tipping icon leaving the signer no choice except a signature box to sign. After I confronted her, she claims that I clicked on the tipping and there's nothing she can do now. I explained to her I didn't even have the options to choose how much tip to give. The manager came up and said they do this all the time and will speak with the upper management soon. They also automatically charge you a card fee regardless if you're using the kiosk or the counter to make the purchase. It was really an unpleasant experience to be scammed this way.

Later on while waiting for our takeout food from a neighboring store, I was telling my daughter how shaddy they were and another lady overheard our conversation and chimed in that she too was scammed earlier with the same method! PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECIEPT!

Flavors at okay.a little too much ice for my liking, especially for the price.can be difficult to find parking.but once you’re there, there’s a good amount of seating inside and outdoors.

Very, very slow service. I am the only person in the location and I ordered two drinks. The two employees are lounging around and my drinks took over 20 minutes to make. I would never come here again, the drinks were not even good.

They have some very unique drink combinations and I enjoy trying new things. Lots of seating, digital ordering kiosk. Love that they have snacks and small bites. I would definitely come back when I’m in the area.

I always get boba here after lunch! Contrary to many others, every time I’ve come, I’ve never had a long wait time. Plus the drinks are really good

With the new decoration, it's much brighter. I really like “Harry Potter” and “Sunset Lemon”, I recommend this two drinks. The service was great.

This’s second time I come here. This time I have tried “passion chia, ” the drink is very good because I very like the chia seed.

I've order from the kinko tablet they have near the cashier. Once I've placed the order I've receive text confirmation that it will take 40 minutes. Honestly, after receiving this message I wanted refund. It took them 30 minutes, on top of that they make the order that was placed after me first because the girl only had 1 drink. I'm not sure if I want to come back

Someone took my drink while I was in the bathroom, which I paid for someone owes me a drink I know who took it which was really rude about it. I like meet tea I go there sometimes.
