The service tech stayed 2 hours extra to fix his managers mistake in ordering the wrong caliper for my breaks. He did an excellent job and had me rolling out as soon as the parts arrived he took about 15 -20 minutes to dial it in.

I am concerned that I over paid since the manager was not available to adjust the price from a 6 cylinder break setup to my 4 cylinder pickup truck. But the tech was apologetic and stuck by his work and got it taken care of. I gave him a $40 tip because of his great attitude.

I got an oil change. Staff were nice and straight forward. Would've given 5 stars but they were a bit busy so I had to wait for 1.5 hours. Plenty of chairs inside and outside so it wasn't too bad.

They made time in there obviously busy day and had us in and out in less than a hour, I recommend using meineke for all you auto repairs theses guys are the best.

Good customer service from Chris. Prompt and service performed in good time. It’s only been 20 hours so we’ll see how brakes work. So far so good.

My Ford F-150 was having issues with rough idle and check engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem as a Mass Air Flow Sensor. Ordered a new replacement and installed the new unit. I could not ask for better Service. The Service Manager Chris was knowledgeable and extremely professional. He followed up and communicated daily as to the status of my vehicle.

I took my car down to meineke yesterday for an oil change
The young man who waited on me was especially nice and professional. I had taken other cars down for the same service in the past and he gave me a $20 discount off the synthetic oil change. He was extremely thorough and looked up the specs for my car to ensure putting the right oil in. I was a very happy customer and will take all my cars down there in the future. I’ve never really had a bad mechanic experience, but the level of customer service at this visit was way above anything else I’ve had at any other shop. Hope I don’t need a mechanic soon but if I do I know exactly where to go

I have visited several mechanics over the years and this is the only place I will take my car to now. They never try to upsell me. They explain things to me in a way I can understand. I took my car into a dealership Las month for a recall and that place didn't even tell me how dangerous my tired were to be driving on. Yesterday, the guys at Meineke showed me the damage that I had not seen and saved me and my children from having a blowout on the road. I was able to get 4 tires right After my oil change appointment. They didn't have any available on short notice at a good price, so they pointed me in the right direction. This is the best customer service I have received from a mechanic. Thanks Meineke!

Very pleased with overall experience. Timely, professional, genuine care. Chris, the store manager, was simply exceptional. Through multiple phone calls, scheduling and assisting customers in person, and helping employees do their best work, he stayed friendly and focused. Meineke is very well served.

Went here for routine oil, filter change and tire rotation. Desk person, Aaron was polite and professional. My phone coupon was honored upon pick up. Would recommend.

This is a great neighborhood general repair shop for oil changes and the like. The staff is comprised of hardworking men who take pride in their work. I’ve always been 100% satisfied with my experiences there.

Christmas Eve as they were closing they jump in my car tested it and said I should not drive it - I had a special needs person in the car and appreciate- the professionalism

This is my third time here and the service is always great! I called ahead of time to see if they had an openings to check my breaks and do an oil change. I dropped off my car around 4 pm and my car was done about an hour and half later. The staff is nice and super friendly. They honored a coupon I found on their website and that helped me save some money. This is my go to place because my dealership is always busy and they charge so much. So glad this place is here because you can walk to nearby shops like TJmaxx and take a bite to eat at Teri Cafe while you wait.
