Great experience here. I remember them giving me a diagnosis of my car a few years ago, hence why I come here. My last service was 09/23/2023 and the front desk service coordinator was friendly and courteous and highly knowledgeable. Will definitely be back here.

Great and efficient customer service. All staff are knowledgeable and all is performed with great quality and care. I definitely recommend this place.

I brought my Toyota RAV4 there for the 60,000 mile service - now that it's past it's free service at the dealer I wanted to find a place closer to my home in West Sacramento. They were quick (got me in same day I called and got the service done in less than two hours), polite, friendly, explained things well and did everything needed without overselling more than was necessary. I'm happy to have a found a new reliable local shop!

I took my vehicle there for a exhaust leak the guy that came in from the shop to check us in was very polite helpful willing to listen to what I wanted done I'm definitely going back for more services to my vehicle I recommend you do to
08/15/2023 I took my wife's car to meineke car care center for a tire pressure sensor issue I didn't tell them what my wife was telling me it said they diagnosed what she was telling me it was saying so they did another great job on our vehicle

Kenny has Very Good customer service, did everything I asked. I will be back. I am back the next day for new tires, Josh also is great he promptly assisted me. Thank you all for the great service.

Update had the worst experience from Robert Favila he was rude and quoted me 4000 dollars in declined jobs told me I needed brakes too. I don't trust this place anymore unfortunately I will be taking my Car somewhere else. I am so disappointed.

I got My A/C serviced. The person at the counter was knowledgeable and very helpful. He arranged to contact me when he sourced all the needed parts. I talked to them on Thursday and was able to get in on Monday. I did the early bird drop off. The A/C was fixed that day. The car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Great service all around.

The service is good. The time frame was as expected. The mechanics were courteous and respectful. I will be going back next week to get my oil changed.

I would recommend this place they were very efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Robert was amazing! They received the wrong parts and were still able to have my car ready and running smoothly in no time!

Went to get brake pads replaced. They were very meticulous with inspection, jacked the car and showed me the wear and why they recommended changing rotors at the back and machined and resurfaced the fronts. They even tipped up all fluids in the engine bay. Very respectful and professional!

About a month ago, I had an issue with sludge getting into the engine.

The dealership said they needed to replace the engine, but after a week, they said they could flush it. After that, I was told that if I didn't get 3 things done in 500 miles, the engine would start filling up with sludge again.

I called Meineke (first name that came to mind, haven't used before) and told them what the dealership said I needed; and Meineke quoted about $400.

When I went in, the manager (JASON) looked over everything from the dealership, and went through one by one, explaining clearly what my car needed from the list, and what wasn't needed.

I left Meineke having spent $107, and an engine that ran like new!

Did they make the $400 from me? No. Could they have? Easily.

Instead, that Meineke shop now has a loyal, lifelong customer, and spokesperson to everyone I know from coworkers to friends and family.

Doesn't that tell you everything you need to know about Jason's integrity and Meineke's integrity?

I came here to get a second opinion about my AC. Took it some where else and they said I had leaks come to find out I did not. Joshua was very kind and answered my question recharged my AC. Need car work done and will for sure come back.

Customer service was excellent. He was very thorough and patient with me and provided answers to all of my questions.

Was told to bring my car first thing in the morning my AC would be looked at soon as possible. Dropped it off at 9 and was looked at 11. Something else came up with my car and had to be fixed more and wasn’t ready until 430. Overall pleased with the customer service by Josh who helped me throughout everything. Any issues I have with my car I don’t see why I wouldn’t come back! I was also missing a screw on my license plate and they kindly put in another one for me. I really appreciated that. Saved me a trip to the store!

2017 Toyota Corolla - First time customer and expected to continue business after today. Going to start off with my car that needed a routine oil change, front desk informed me that they do a full inspection under the hood and car as well to look for any additional work. I knew my car needed a tune up, so they recommended a tune up, followed by the serpentine belt replacement and rear shocks/struts to be replaced. I know parts and labor for this kind of work is going to be pricey, my father was a mechanic for 15 years. I understand the work and I take my car maintenance very seriously, I commute 87 miles one way for work. Overall I think they did a great job on the car, only waited about 2 hours. I'm typing this review after only a 15 mile drive back home but if any issues come up, I know to let them know. Thank you Meineke staff!

Josh is the best. They had an employee that had given me bad information and Josh made everything right and then some. Highly recommend working with him.
