Wonderful service as usual. A little pricey for an ac recharge compared to other shops. But the service is great

Everybody I dealt with was very friendly. I am on a long trip, and stopped in due to steering wheel shake when braking. They quickly diagnosed warped and worn rotors. They were able to get me back on the road within a couple of hours. They also did an inspection to let me know what else needs attention. Thank you so much.

As always, the service today was excellent. We have been customers of this business for many years, and would not even consider going anywhere else for our vehicles' maintenance and repairs. The staff is courteous, professional, very honest, and places a high emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Over priced and claim they're not just another meineke car care. Just another company blowing hot air. Besides I'm not gonna get a brake job getting charged 3x more for just pads and rotors slap meineke!

Stay away from this place. They charged me 209.00 to tell me what I already knew and what I already had told them. They didn't locate problem and wanted to charge me extra to find the problem. They told me it was going to be an extra 2 hours at 209.00 per hour to find the problem. So basically I gave them 209.00 for nothing. This place is a scam. I should have took it to the cadillac techs in the first place where they charged 179.00 and they actually found the problem and actually gave me a estimate for the repair which is what a actual Mechanic Shop is supposed to do. Avoid this joint save some money and get the job done. Don't give away your hard earned money on places like this.

Craig, Jose, and the staff are wonderful people. They will let you know what is wrong with your car and what needs to be repaired and then they let you prioritize the repairs. I have never had to return the car to correct repairs.

time low, this place knocked it out of the park! Excellent service from start to finish. I’m new to the area and so happy to have found this gem of a business. BMW oil change and full inspection! Best price and great service.

Stopped in to get a tune up on a 2015 Chevy Silverado. Was told I needed a "Diagnosis Service" to identify if I needed a tune up before they could do a tune up on my truck. After performing a diagnostic they told me that it needed an oil change, clean the air filter, clean the fuel filter and mass air flow sensor for $840. Another $798 to do the spark plugs and wires. This place is a scam rip off, Dont let them rob you like they did me when they charged me $209 to tell me what I already knew and told them when I went in. Attached is the quote I received and obviously declined $58 to wash out and clean the air filter? $23 to change a $4 light bulb? This place will nickel and dime you.

This was the 2nd time I’ve brought my Car here and Jose was great on understanding what was wrong and fixing in a timely manner. I recommend them highly.

The best customer service you can find! The service advisor at the front desk, Craig, is the most polite, professional, and friendly person you will meet in an automotive shop. I dropped my car off for an ac diagnosis/service. The communication from this business is amazing. Craig called me throughout out the day to give me updates on the diagnosis as well as follow up and prices. I also received a complimentary inspection of my car to make sure all maintenance was up to date. The report was detailed and clear about what needed to get done and how urgent each repair was. I will definitely be returning for any service or repairs on my car.

This place has amazing service and they find the problems with their great auto mechanics. Unfortunately the only problem I have with them is their prices. Very expensive but they take care of you. If you can afford them, I believe you would get the problems solved. Manager there was very friendly and took care of everything in such a professional manner. Once again if you have the money to afford it. Then you will get everything you can ever ask for in a respectably managed business. I am very thankful for this company and there willingness to help. They not only help me find the problem. But when I couldn’t afford it. They still helped me get all the information I needed in order to have another mechanic help me fix my problem. Very professional once again

We took our car to this Meineke location to help is clear a code on our vehicle and complete any necessary repairs. I have some experience with fixing cars and our son is a mechanic in another state so we felt that we could accurately assess whether or not they were taking us for a ride or giving us a fair deal.
They perform a comprehensive examination of your vehicle when you bring it in. I know they only do it so they can find things to sell me, but I appreciated it anyway. When they completed work on my vehicle they gave me a printout with all of their recommended services and their pricing, which was good to see. You can take or leave any of them and they didn’t try to “hard-sell” me on anything with pressure tactics— I probably wouldn’t take my car to them for something like changing the spark plugs or an oil change, (because I can take care of those things myself for much cheaper) but I think I would trust them to do repair work accurately for a fair price. Craig behind the counter was very thorough and did his best to explain everything in layman’s terms so it was easy to understand. Overall, I would say they are a place I would return to if I need repair work done on my vehicle.

DONT work for this company it's a total waste if time.i've Worked here for about a year thinking I'll be here awhile and they pretty much use you and let you go. I pretty much wasted a whole year in this place. Nothing personal but this company is NOT a good place to work for let alone a really bad reputation.

This place and employees are AWESOME!
As a "new" vehicle, they go over it with a fine tooth comb, inspecting everything. Bumper to bumper, top to bottom. Taking pictures and videos the entire way. When inspection is done you will receive a DETAILED report of your vehicle. The report goes over ok to needs to be done ASAP list of things. They do not push unnecessary work and fully understand and respect when you cannot afford it all right now. They will tell you do this instead to hold you over until you can afford major work.
They are also very good at communication, keeping you informed of progress as they complete each step. At no point did they talk down to me. As a woman having experienced that MANY A TIME in many car repair places, I appreciate it so much! It doesn't hurt that I'm knowledgeable about repairs and costs. Still, these guys are worth every penny!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU’RE A WOMAN. I was definitely taken advantage of as a female not knowing what is wrong with her car. They tried to charge me $1400 just for brakes and rotors. The guys that actually worked on my car let me know that they fully lied to me and that my brakes and rotors were not as dangerous and urgent as they tried to tell me! I went to Autozone and got a bundle for $203 and am lucky enough to have people that could fix them for me.

I was generally pleased with the service. The complimentary diagnostics done on my vehicle were thorough and they walked me through each area of concern with solid explanation. The estimate for repairs turned out to be quite high when I went home and called a few other shops to compare. Nonetheless, I came away with some helpful information.
