Having had my fair share of mechanics visits to lots of other places, paid a great deal, and sometimes doubting the services, this experience was the complete opposite.

Our mechanic Luis is the man! He was upfront with us, explained everything, and went above and beyond to ensure we weren't going to waste our time on further repairs and more expensive costs. He helped us out and provided great services.

This type of professional grade service is something we have wanted for a while. We will definitely be coming back for Luis and the rest of the staff. Even the receptionist was polite and with the waiting times we were told, the car came back even faster.

Take it from me, I have been to a lot of different places and too often felt that sense of doubt for what I was being charged. This is the first time in a while I was happy with the services provided. Ask for Luis.

These guys are awesome! I'm wary about taking my car to mechanic shops, but I really trust these guys. They are honest, very friendly, and they get the job done. I've taken my car here several times now for different things and they've helped me out so much. Don't hesitate to bring your car here!

Amazing repair center. Helped me fixed my car even when they were 10 min away from closing. Came back to get my brakes changed and oil pump the next day. A+

Had an appointment Saturday 3pm, let me come in earlier around 12: 45. Professional &well spoken. On time with my service. Looked at all the areas worked on with clean service looking in great shape. For my 1st time being there at Meineke, I felt trusted leaving my vehicle in good hands.

Best place i found in Pico Rivera to do an oil change at a very reasonable price. It also looks as if they do good mechanic work there also. I haven't had any mechanical work done there yet but as soon as i do i will be sure to write a review about it. Thanks guys for the professional and timely work on the oil change!

Customer service is not their priority. All I needed was an oil change. Only two other people there and we all waited over 2 hours. Customers were coming and leaving because no employees anywhere to help them. I will never come here again

Walked in for an oil service and inspection. Got quoted $99 for synthetic oil when I asked Jose the man helping me what type of oil they used he didn’t know his own. Product all he could say is we get it from a small supplier couldn’t even tell me if it was penzoil autozone brand or nothing. The place looked scetchy un profesional service I walked right out

I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS CAR CARE CENTER I TAKE MY JEEP COMANDER FOR A AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM AND AND COST ME $ 500.00 THEY DIDN'T FIXED I RETURN FOR SECOND ATTEMPT THEY DAMAGE THE RADIATOR AND THEY WANT TO CHARGED OTHER$ 500.00 MORE SO I WENT TO A OTHER MECHANIC SHOP. THIS OTHER PLACE CHARGE $375.00 INCLUDES AIR CONDITIONING PARTS. I THING meineke DON'T HAVE A GOOD MECHANIC. FOR SOME TIPES OF MECHANIC PROBLEMS IT IS UP TO YOU IF WANT TO LOOSE MONEY AND TIME PLUS FRUSTRATIONS.

Talk about great service! This place is honest and they believe in old fashion customer service. They charged me half of what the dealer charged me for the maintenance of my truck. I found a new mechanic!

MY DAUGHTER TOOK HER KIA HERE FOR SERVICE, REAR BRAKES BADLY WORN. MORE FOR CONVENIENCE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. SINCE DAD OWNS A SHOP I THOUGHT I WOULD CALL AND SEE WHAT THE CHARGES WERE. SPOKE WITH JOSE AND HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE EXPLAINED EVERY THING, WHEN ASKED ABOUT A STUDENT DISCOUNT HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT. I ASKED IF HE WOULD CALL ME WHEN DONE SO I COULD ASSIST WITH PAYMENT HE SAID NO PROBLEM.
