Great service as always. I've been going to Kurt for about 10 years now and will continue to take all my cars to him for repairs and service.

Kurt and the whole team at Meissner Automotive are as good as they come. I used to dread taking my car to the mechanic because, as a young woman, I've had many people speak down to me or try and make me do unnecessary repairs. This was never once the case at Meissner. Kurt is extremely trustworthy and came through for me many times. I moved out of the area and I'm honestly not sure if I can ever find another place as great as Meissner! I'm very grateful to Kurt and his team for all their hard work and commitment to keeping their customers safe in their vehicles. Support good businesses and good people!

I needed a pre-purchase inspection last minute for a 2015 bmw. I was able to get an appointment the same day, price was reasonable, and inspection went great. They identified brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced so I was able to negotiate that repair amount with the seller.

Kurt and all other employees are friendly and always go the extra mile to provide the best quality service. My ABS light was on. Kurt researched the problem and advised me to go to a dealership because it was covered under warranty. He lost the work but gained a loyal client because of his honesty.

Air conditioning not working since SIP 2020, Got test it and found leaks change new parts and all good now

Everyone working for Meissner Automotive is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind-I had fantastic experiences getting my car fixed by them on two separate occasions! Although they say they specialize in servicing certain car brands, they were completely able to fix non-trivial problems with my Ford (not one of the brands they advertised).

Excellent communication. Mechanics are very thorough. Checked everything when I brought my car in with an exhaust problem. Fixed the problem and fixed areas that I didn't know needed attention. I drive from Redwood City to Meissner Automotive because they're excellent and trustworthy.

Kurt Meissner was great. From up front discussion on timing, analysis of problems, and setting expectations - all of which were spot on - to a return checkup (no charge) to make sure everything he had done was successful.

Issue was addressed very quickly, at a fair price and done properly. Will bring back all my future work to Meissner.

Everyone that I encountered were pleasant, however everything went downhill fast. I was told that I would be contacted midday but had to call them at 2: 00 to be told they were still completing their diagnostic and would contact me within the next hour, so when I called them back 3 hours later I was told ok to come get the car then rushed since they closed at 6: 00.

Next, I had to ask about specific findings, something I asked to be checked was not, and the biggest issue was the quotes given were more than $400 more than the dealer and I was told that my brakes and battery were fine which I knew to not be the case. I also reiterated that I would be traveling across the country over 3,000 miles, and the need for a safe vehicle

I would not return or recommend this facility.
