Natalie and Carlos fixed my external SSD in just 20mins and we’re extremely polite and professional! I highly recommend Melrose Mac Burbank! Will be going again for any future troubles.

I feel this store is a better choice than going too an Apple store in a mall somewhere. Melrose MAC specializes in Apple computers and have a few I pads and accessories. They're nice, Knowledgeable and rarely growed. I just left my grandsons Mac Book Pro for key pad repairs.he can hardly wait to hwy it back k.

In February of 2021, my 2012 MacPro stopped working completely, and I feared that I had lost all of my data. The people at Melrose Mac in Burbank were able to repair my computer AND recover all of my data. I highly recommend their services! A+!

LIFESAVERS! Dropped off damaged screen / picked up my laptop just a week and a half later, with keyboard tracking mouse and battery replaced as well! MelroseMac + AppleCare = success!

It’s the third time we brought a computer in but this time they charged me an etra $125 without me knowing. They said they communicated this charge with me but I know that I didn’t hear about it until it was time to pay. What a rip off!

My Mac book pro was not turning on so I took it to get fixed they told me that the screen was the problem and payed $890 and because of COVID I didn’t use it but a sometime later I turn it on and it does not work. When I took it back they said the logix board and they said it’s not there fault even though the Mac book was working fine and they just said the screen was the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY REPAIRS AS THERE TECHNICIANS CANT DO THERE JOBS OBVIOUSLY.

Great service despite being handicapped by the covid virus. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend Melrose Mac in Burbank over the Apple phone help and Apple store in Sherman Oaks! These guys and gals are fantastic, they know their stuff.

Good service but they didn't return the power cord for my desk top iMac. So now I have to drive back and get it or have them mail it to me. Ah, well.

Update to my previous review: (complaint process and getting a refund.)
Making a complaint:
After been yelled by the manager, I called back and asked to speak with corporate; I've been told that to send an email, I said I need to make a complaint and want to talk to someone, after having me on hold for about 10 min they told to contact Michel, she is the HR manager, but her office is in Melrose branch in LA, and they gave me the phone number for that location.
I called, and they told me that her office is in Burbank, and they don't understand why Burbank is sending me here.
So they are paying with me.

Getting a refund:
I've been told I'll get the full refund to my card $2738.08 (for a product I've been waiting for 60 days and never received).
Three days after, I received an email saying they have issued a $198.43 refund.
I called to check what about the rest, Again having me on hold and then saying: "I cannot help you, give us your # and Michel will call you back. "

I will keep you guys update when I hear back.

Nothing but good experiences with this company. They're invariably competent, efficient, and courteous. Just spoke with Josh in the service dept.about a problem with my MacBook Pro. He couldn't have been more helpful.

I made an appointment at Melrose Mac since the Apple Stores are all closed due to Covid. I had a cracked screen. The technician was clear explaining the process and the job was done in 30 minutes. Very pleased, thank you.

Ive used Melrose Mac two time. Literally both times, after having my computer fixed the screws all started falling out of my macbook a couple of weeks later! Thanks Melrose Mac. Please perfect the basics.

This company scammed me out of $150.00 June 2019 my Mac Book Air
wouldn't turn on being that I could not get an appointment with Apple I took my Mac to MelroseMac $50.00 for diagnostic to have it done same day an extra $100.00 bucks I paid it by the end of the day I was advised the "logic board" was out didn't want to pay the $500.00 to fix it so I just bought another one. I was gone for 6 months when I arrived back home intuition told me to "plug" in the old Mac low and behold it works I took it to the APPLE store all diagnostic show GREEN full power no issues never was an issue I would stay clear if this so called "authorized dealer" RIP OFF

My 2011 MacBook Pro completely died. I couldn't even open it in Safe Mode, but desperately needed files off my hard drive.

For $75 Melrose Mac saved my butt. They even let me bring in my own external hard drive for the backup.

They finished before the promised time as well.

When my next overpriced, piece-of-junk, Chinese-assembled MBP breaks down, I will definitely bring it here.

I made an appointment for this afternoon to have my keyboard inspected because one of my keys stopped working. When I scheduled the appointment I specifically stated that it was a hardware issue and that my keyboard wasn’t working. When I got to store the man told me I needed to replace the keyboard and it would take 3-4 business days to replace. Which I understand but is unfortunately just not an option as I need my laptop for work. I asked if there was another option. He said I would need to return Monday for it to be inspected because there was no one there to do so.

What is the point of making an appointment for a hardware/keyboard issue if there is no one there who can inspect it? Then why accept the appointment?

Just a waste of time.

Very helpful. They couldn't fix my mac because it was dinosaur old, but they referred me to someone who could. When I am ready for a new mac, I'm getting it here.
