Called on New Year’s Day 2024 in the afternoon time and got the call booked for the next day at 10am. By 11am my heater was fixed and my house was already warmed up! The best service!

Mel’s is always punctual, honest, and trustworthy. I have used them for years. I’ve never felt like I’ve been overpriced by them and they’ve always completed each job I’ve had them do. I’m always Satisfied with each job as well. What I recommend them? I always do!

The tech was very professional, and was able to diagnose the problem and correct the issue with in the same morning.

We have used Mel’s four times, once for the AC and three times for the heating. Their service is prompt and competent, and Michael our repair person is thorough and very helpful in providing advice about what the problem is and how to prevent it from happening again. We had our system go out towards the end of summer and called Mel’s. They were out the next day to help get our unit back up and running temporarily while a new one was ordered (we knew our old one was going to need replacing so that didn’t come as a shock to us). They were out the next week to do all the work and install/replace our old duct system along with our HVAC system. Professional and experienced would and have recommended.

I called at 9 AM and they were here by that afternoon taking less than an hour to complete the repair. Thanks Mel’s you will be hearing from me again!
