Like many others, this place is horrible! Dr. Tuckman was great, but after he left it was a nightmare! I received a letter stating he was retiring. I called the office to schedule a new appt. The first thing the staff told me was “if youre looking for xanax you will have to go someplace else because no dr here will prescribe it” Wow! Right out the door they made me feel like a druggie! I told them im only looking for my anti depressants! Took 2 months to see a new dr. Luckily, i had refills from dr. Tuckman while i waited for new dr. The new dr did not listen, and i had to repeat myself. Its as if she was reading a script of questions with no regard to my answers. She literally asked me a question i just answered. I thought maybe she needed help‍️ She also Shamed me and Would not provide me with refills for my non narcotic anti depressant, dr tuckman had put me on! Forcing me to meet with her again and again every month! Im convinced it was to bill the insurance companies. Dr tuckman used to give me 3m refills and meet quarterly after the initial monitoring period. I had to reschedule a monthly appt but the next available wasnt for 6 weeks! And would not give me a refill for my anti depressant without a meeting! They literally do not care about your mental health! The staff was rude (except for one, wish i remembered her name) and so was the office manager! That was the final straw! I met with my medical dr who was aware of my depression after my mom died and she agreed to prescribe me the anti depressants (since they were non-narcotic) with a letter stating what medication i was on from memorial counseling.they sent me a screenshot of their computer croped with the medication i was taking ‍️ I told them i need a letter on company stationary signed by dr with meds i need. Took me 2 months and escalating the issue to get that letter! Meanwhile, im trying to save the few remaining pills i had, only taking half a pill so i wouldn’t go to nothing overnight! This place will leave you worst off then when you called in for help!

Even though there are some people here who are good, this facility is completely rude, unprofessional, and should not be allowed to work for a mental health facility. I was trying to find a new doctor for 6 months, they kept blowing me off, “ forgetting “ to put in my request, and just disregarding me.then when I confronted them I was told in a snarky attitude to” go somewhere else then”. The Dr they assigned to me when my insurance changed was awful, and actually yelled at me and chewed me out over the meds my previous guy had found worked for me after 2 years of trial and error. He then began systematically cutting off meds I had been on for years with no warning or allowing me time to ween off them causing me mental issues, breakdowns, anxiety / panic attacks daily, and withdraws. Also he would make appointments for me without my knowledge and 0 communication, so when I missed them they would charge me $100. Dr. Sheth is a monster and should have his license revoked. I am currently talking with my lawyers about this place for Malpractice. Save yourself the trouble, anxiety, and mental stress. Find another place.

I had the worse experiences with all the Dr's until Dr Tuckman! He was the best Dr and fit like a glove with me. Now he's retired they gave me to another Dr that made me super uncomfortable now I'm stuck without a Dr because you can only change your Dr 2 times. The only reason they get 1 star is because of Dr Tuckman being a great Dr! This place really does not give a care in the world about your mental health.

My husband was scheduled with Dr. Miller for 4/20/22. This appointment was made in Nov, 2021. Because that is the soonest he could see someone who actually accepts insurance. Fast forward to today, 4/12/22 and he was informed that Dr. Miller will be gone on vacation next week and need to reschedule. They waited this long to inform him. Dr. Miller said he could see him today or tomorrow the only options being during my husband work hours and not enough time to let employer know needs time off. When my husband expressed his frustration, the staff member was dismissive and told him the Dr.is allowed to take a vacation. Patients are entitled to sufficient notice and common courtesy. Do yourself a mental health favor and stay away from this place.

I wish I had seen how bad the overall feedback rating on this group was before making an appointment with them. I waited months for the appointment and they called me a few days before to cancel. They said the doctor I was scheduled with, who I think turns out to be 86 years old, was undergoing health problems and couldn’t honor the commitment. Their message said that if I called they would reschedule with another doctor. When I called they said they had no doctors who would take my insurance or were taking new patients. So they dropped me like a rock. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. I was astonished that they didn’t have the decency to ask one of their other doctors who I am sure take Blue Cross Blue Shield to see me. Beware. And read the other reviews.

I've been a patient for four years. Dr. Sheth is accommodating and friendly, but the staff is an absolute nightmare. One secretary lied, to my face, despite all evidence to the contrary, about notifying me of an appointment I had made two months prior and could not get one for another two months at a point when I needed it most. Neither was I notified when they switched back to in-person visits from Telehealth visits. Absolutely garbage.

Horrible experience here. Took my husband who was severely depressed. The psychiatrist who saw him basically called us both liars, didn’t listen to us, was dismissive, arrogant, demeaning, prescribed medication that the pharmacist was concerned about combining- we did not fill it. Oh and had the nerve to “joke” about my husband getting a (nonexistent) girlfriend pregnant. This is was the first time getting my husband into any care and he didn’t want to go in the first place and the experience left him not wanting to seek help when he needed it the most. Do not seek help here.

Dr. Soliman was horrible. The way she yelled at me I would not wish on my enemy. It’s sad that people go to her in sometimes the worst emotional state of their lives and she makes things worse by berating them. I feel taken advantage of. If she’s retiring.she needs to do that already. She no longer has the mental capability to be an helpful psychiatrist.

My Doctor was great and then he retired. That's when it all went bad. All of his patients were put on a "list" to possibly be picked up by another doctor within the group. They would not give refills and psych medications is not something you abruptly stop taking. Primary care physicians can only do so much when it comes to psych meds. If you are a new patient you can get scheduled at this office fairly quickly but for the patients on the "list"we have been forgotten. The office really dropped the ball on this one. Terrible care for people who were seeing the same doctor as I was. No compassion or understanding. I wouldn't recommend this place.

A Dr thinks he's all that. He's not. Give your patients correct Rx first time. Save everyone grief.

My Daughter has been seeing Doctor Bello for almost a year. He is ok but kind of a odd Character. Very detached, and unsupportive. We only used him to manage med's so it was fine for the time being. Last week however, my we had an appointment and my wife was running late so she called them to let them know, and they said don't bother coming in becuase if you're more than five minutes late he wont see you? Because we were trying to get my duaghers Med's adjusted we were serious about getting a new appointment right away.
I called the office and reached a unsympathetic office manager (don't know who i spoke with). She lectured me about being on time and, and told us their actions are justified. She then said you know you could have hoped on an online call. I asked if she told my wife that? She didn't have an answer. I told her we need a new appointment right away. I was told she would talk to doctor bello and get back to me by 5 pm that night. 5 days later i haven't heard back. This is a mental health establishement, they should know how to treat people, and understand that their actions can have a great impact on people's life. Since missing the appointment my daughters behavior has become worse and it has gotten to the point where she is asking for new meds herself.
If i could give 0 stars i would, these people are heartless. However, i'll close by saying this review is about Doctor Bello and the office staff. I can't speak for other doctor's or counselors who work there. However, i can tell you based on the way i was treated by their staff i'll never go back and wouldn't suggest anyone go there unless they can't find another office to service their needs. We are now going to drive 40 miles to a new doctor, because psychiatrist's are in such demand. However, i'd rather make the drive then deal with these people!

I was trying to schedule an appt here. The front staff Karen and Stephanie are completely unprofessional. I didn’t get a f/u after over one week from Stephanie. Then Karen says “ you don’t have to get mad”, and transfers me to the wrong voicemail after she had already hung up on me once during our convo. This is a horrible place for services. Do not go.

When I told Dr. Toutman of my suicidal thoughts he ridiculed me and said he won't take my case then. I have never experienced a professional say something like this to a new patient. I had to lie to get some type of help. And as of now I am still not out of the woods of these thoughts. It's too late for me but I pray for other potential recipients of his lack of compassion and professionalism.

It frustrating when the office staff talks over you when you're trying to explain what's going on. It's frustrating having a mental health condition and having to deal with confrontational people who talk down to you, are argumentative, and always try and pass the buck. When it comes to getting my prescriptions refilled, I have to 3-way call between my pharmacy and office staff just to get them to stop blaming eachother and to just focus on my health and well-being. None of it is helpful, and it triggers my PTSD to be talked over and talked down to by people whose job it is just to help me. It's really frustrating that these are the people I have to go through to get the help that I need, that I can't even leave a voicemail for my doctor, and that someone decides if my message is even important enough to put through to my "Dr". All of this is unnecessary.

I've been coming here for 4 years seeing dr Soliman. She is great.the staff is efficient. She has reduced her workload to semi retire so you may not get her if you are a new patient. I've had nothing but a great experience here.
