I had 2 appointments this Monday the 25th. 1st was urgent care. My PCP told me go to our urgent care. Documented spinal stenosis and degenerative spine issues in neck. Dr Hawani gave or am or showed any concerns for the pain I was in, I’m ordering pain shot it will make u drowsy and I’m ordering Flexaril
Which will also make you drowsy. Wait I drove my self here I can’t take shot. OH IT WONT MAKE U DROWSY. And Flexaril is a pain killer? ! I refused shot.
Refusing the shot was the 1st thing that came up at 2nd visit. My big toe is ingrown and hurts when walking etc.
I saw Dr Urango. I was told with appt person on phone this is procedure day. This dr first words out of his mouth hello.
The shot does NOT make you drowsy.
Looks like you were seen this am. I’m not going to help you with neck. Let me see your toe. Oh. I’ve seen worse, I don’t see any pus? Looks a little swollen. I can’t help you today this is a 20 minute visit. I saw he got enjoyment in saying he couldn’t help. I explained when I called appt person I specifically told them it’s ingrown and needs to be removed, no problem Dr Urganocan do it. Again this is a toenail that needs to be removed.
This dr sorry only a 20 min visit with a smile behind his mask.
I then told the Dr to F off twice before leaving.

In how to talk to people. I sent email to corporate to complain and still waiting on response.

I want to give it higher stars because I like my doctor but I always end up waiting 45+ minutes for every appointment here. They tell me to come in 15 minutes early so they can “prep for my appointment” but I just end up waiting even longer. For that alone, I will probably change doctors/medical center because they don’t seem to value my time. If this was a one time thing, I’d be more understanding but every time? No thanks:/

Terrible customer service front desk acts like you work for them and is condescending. If you're 10 or fifteen minutes late due to traffic they will not keep your appointment and turn you away. Don't waste your time or gas.

Predatory pricing of a 10-min telehealth scheduling request at over $250 (not covered by insurance). If your policy is to charge hundreds of dollars to make an appointment for a routine health visit that should be made explicit at the outset of the interaction.

Dr Gupta was very informative and provided options for treatment, listing the positive and negative effects of each. He also explained the roadmap for next steps, which was appreciated.

Dr. Doshi had great bedside manners and he explained and discussed my preventive care plan, since I was a new patient there was not a lot to cover but nevertheless I go a good first impression and so did the rest of my family. We are happy to have him as our physician.

I truly value the time that Dr. Nguyen takes the time to explain everything to me. Her and her staff made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never had such a good experience with a doctors office before!

Saw dr Chun, very good service, was caring and we managed to get out 8 month old son in right away. We are new to the country and the area and will be using memorial healthcare as our local dr.

Dr. Rachit Doshi is a great doctor. Not only is he a great doctor but he’s also very good looking, tall, young with crazy sex appeal he also knows he’s shit.
I had this red flaky mess of a rash for over 3 yrs. I’ve seen 4 different doctors and all gave me some cream or pills and nothing helped what so ever. One visit from doctor Rachit and he said “you have dry skin” lotion it up every day and it will go away. In my head I was like I’ll lotion you up instead MR Doctor.
Point being he was right! I no longer have the messy red face that flakes everywhere. Thank you

I went in to see Dr. Doshi because my arm was sore. He took some x-rays and told me I had tendonitis. It was only after I left I found out I had a ruptured bicep. My next move was to change from MemorialCare Costa Mesa.

Dr. Doshi takes his time explaining your diagnosis, and listens to all your concerns. I feel that he genuinely cares for his patients’ well being. Such a friendly and caring human being. Thank you Dr. Doshi!
