Great team, felt really comfortable with all the staff and the doctor herself was very informative, caring, attentive, overall felt very comfortable with her.

Dr. Jacobs and the nurses at memorial care are amazing! The nurses made a welcome sign for our son Aiden, which was a cute surprise. Dr. Jacobs takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job at making us (parents) feel accomplished. Hearing that he’s excited about our son’s development and that he’s proud of us, is something we haven’t heard before from a pediatrician (we’ve seen a few). We’ve only seen Dr. Jacobs twice now, but both times he has been warm and sincere.

Dr. Jacob’s is not our boys primary physician but ours was booked for weeks, so we came to the Santa Ana location instead. Unsure what to expect, we came with high hopes. His office was friendly and clean. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend! Might even consider switching. Loved the process and how they gave me printouts after our visit instead of just uploading to MyChart.

He makes sure to answer all questions and explains test results in an understandable manner.

Dr. Sara Lee is amazing! Very kind makes you feel very comfortable and important. Answers any questions I have with detail. I’m so grateful I have her as my doctor.
