Absolutely loved all my nurses, they worked extremely hard around the clock. Not only we’re they extremely attentive they were encouraging and comforting during my whole birthing experience. I especially want to thank nurse Madi, Jenner, Christine, and Jane. I won’t hesitate coming back. Dr. Tanamai is also amazing!

These people work hard, harder than anyone I've ever seen. I was frustrated my first few days, but getting to know the people caring for my father, who had a serious stroke, I realize that they are some of the hardest working people in the country. My mom and I will never be able to thank them enough for how they helped us. His doctors were kind and communicative, his nurses even more so (Magda, John, Grace and Cynthia were all wonderful, competent and knowledgeable). Don't ever lose hope, and trust that good people are watching over your loved ones.

Was referred to Dr Betts by them. I've never been to a worse doctor. Was treated so poorly and apathetically by him that I will make sure that my experience is well known to other so they may avoid him at all costs. This man should not be a doctor. All he cares about is outside of the Doctors office and his hobbies (of which science and medicine are not included). He needs to stick to riding motorcycles and playing guitar. His bedside manner is garbage as is his patient care.

I want to thank the emergency room staff RN’s and Dr Bobko excellent service and caring. I had to go to the ED today due to kidney stone the triage Rn helped me immediately and with in 15 minutes I was pain free every one was very caring Especially Dr Bobko. Thank you all I am sorry I didn’t get every RN name but thank you again

I had an out patient procedure yesterday at the hospital and WOW! I have never been treated better by a staff of wonderful nurses in my life. When Shannon came to get me she was friendly, compassionate and very kind. She took my vitals and prepped me for surgery. The surgery nurse came in and chatted for a bit too abd was very comforting. I forgot her name but she has beautiful lashes and new braces. Loved her too! Then there was Desiree, she helped me a few days before with Pre op and was very sweet and knowledgeable. To my surprise, she was the nurse that took care of me when I was getting ready to leave. What a great compassionate person. There were others that helped along the way! Fabulous experience and to top it off, it was my birthday. They saw it on my chart and went and bought me a beautiful candle, lotion, soap and air freshener. Such a kind and unexpected gift. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and professional way this hospital functions. Thank you all

Garbage hospital. Do not go here. Go to the hospital in Mission Viejo far better than this scandalous hospital

The Labor&Delivery at Saddleback Medical Center is absolutely superb! All nurses and doctors were extremely helpful and kind. My stay there was wonderful, room was spacious and the food service was excellent. I am super grateful for everyone who touched me or my baby boy during our stay and I highly recommend the Women's Hospital for any mom-to-be.

The ICU staff here took such wonderful care of my family member. The doctors and every nurse, male and female, were so attentive and gave us update on his health everyday. He came in with pneumonia and we were so worried he had COVID. They triple checked to make sure he did not have COVID. Some working double shifts, round the clock. These people are heroes in my eyes. He is now on his way back to good health. I have so much respect for what they do and feel blessed that my family member was able to receive the outstanding care he did from this facility. God bless all the medical workers. <3

The ICU and staff here are such an amazing team. The RN's here are truly angels on earth, they made the final days for my Uncle peaceful and were so supportive of our wishes. Thank you to all who helped with his transition to the other side.

My mom went for kidney stone issue to emergency as it was uncontrollable pain. To which they did lot of lab tests and CT scan And gave medicine for the pain and Sent her home with in couple of hours.
She got the stone out luckily soon enough after reaching home.
But bill was outrageous with blue shield ca insurance still it was 5000$ Out of pocket.
Hospital billed insurance about 15000$
did not expect that much.out of which she has to pay 5000$ approximately.
When called they just said it’s because she came in through emergency so hospital billed her that much
Apart from doctor and radiology bill.
Total rip-off ️

From check-in to check-out, everything and everyone was a 10.professional, friendly, comforting. Al in all a very good experience.

The staff are very professional, very helpful.my family had been hospitalized several times and they are very attentive. From the admitting staff to Pre-op to surgery to recovery and to discharge, I never had any concerns. They are well trained and attentive as well as skilled. I'm giving a 5 STAR to SMMC.

Saddleback Memorial is an outstanding hospital. Their medical team is truly caring, especially in the ER department.

Dr. Schultz ER physician is one of the best I have ever met. I have been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, and must say Dr. Matt Schultz' clinical expertise and patient interaction is absolutely amazing.

I also need to recognize Janine and Fabienne, best in the business nurses.

We went to ER for severe abdominal pain and waited for 3+ hours. No treatment were given. They acted like they didnt care about the situation nor the patient.

The ER doctors are exceptional but the billing services department is full of obstinate, inflexible bureaucratic fools incapable of empathy or reason. I'd have better luck arguing with the TSA over a shoelace. Hell, hire the TSA they'd probably be more adept at the job the this joke of a billing department.sorry "Concierge" department.

I received excellent care pre-op and post-op. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and caring. This was my first experience with a major surgery and was reassured every step in the process by doctors, staff, nurses, and physical therapist.

The Women's Hospital is a great place to deliver a baby! My husband and I had a great experience. The nurses were so helpful during the labor & delivery process, as well as after birth - helping me learn the ropes about being a new mom such as breastfeeding support. Love the room service, free snacks.and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!

Just horrible went in for stomach pain, the nurse Becky was so rude and so was the other nurses, the place was so dirty, bad way they treated me.

They asked me to push the bottom when you need us, i did and a rude angy guy tall with short beard and green outfit came and scteamed at me and said your number is good just ignor the beeb! So so unfortunate to have such mean people there! Most of them were super angry and rude

Out patient surgery went well both times. Emergency room is no place to go with an emergency. They are so slow but maybe no more than other hospitals. Given a choice, I'd go to Mission Hospital first, they are known to be a better hospital. More caring too.
