Stood in line for 25 min while watching 4 people chatting and 1 person working a window! Just because I need help (first time in 15 years) doesn't mean I don't have a life, not to mention severe nyrothepy in my feet

Long lines sometimes. What do you expect, they’re giving away money for free. Staff is super helpful just be ready to wait a bit (maybe)

Oh My Gosh! These Ladies were great. They worked really hard to help me out and made me aware of programs I did NOT know I had access to. Some folks in there were very anxious and seemed to get angry very easily. Despite this the staff seemed to be as helpful as possible to everyone. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Federal and state regulations on income limits can be tough, but it is good to have a safety net in place.

I'm finding HHSA a good place to work. Caring people, trying hard to make a positive impact on people's lives, in a challenging system. It's only going to get better.

They're useless they won't help anybody unless you're homeless, have no job, or have 100 children. If you work, pay taxes and having a reasonable amount of kids, then they won't help you. They some how think that gross pay is what you take home, not true it called net, remember I had to pay all those taxes but hey no benefit from it. They talk down to people, hey but they have good jobs, so they don't care about other people, total waste of tax dollars. They should try working in the real world of net pay, and not the imaginary one filled with gross pay. Gross incompetence.
