I’m from out of town and had surgery and stuck in a hotel and I’ve been ordering from here everyday because the food is SOOOO GOOD!

The management is AWESOME. Dixie, the manager, always is there to help.and the food is deliciously AMAZING, AND vegan friendly! GREAT job to whoever hired this staff and created this restaurant! Also thanks to today’s cashier, Carl, for fulfilling my order!

The service here is the best in the world, they let you try the DELICIOUS samples etc:) The couscous curry is just the best, you have to try it.

The side dish are the best part here, sandwich are good, fresh and delicious, you can even choose your type of bread.

The salad aren't that great because they put a TOO MUCH kale instead of the others tastier and better ingredients, also, $13 for a salad composed at 80% of kale?

This place is healthy and delicious but take a sandwich and a side, $25 for a meal (Sandwich + side).

Shout out to the amazing staff. I used to work in the food Industry and lets just say i left for a reason. Today the amazing cashiers made my day and reminded me that food industry people are the true MVP's of the working class. I ordered my food online so i can run in and run out. When i went to pick up my lunch I noticed the whole staff was super busy (Monday in DTLA near Law Firms of course they are.) When i got to the pick-up area my food wasn't there. I waited 7 minutes and still no order. I asked the cashier, and they assured me it was on its way and they were slammed, which they were.another 6 minutes goes by and i'm noticing order are coming out and not mine. I ask again since I like to eat my lunch before the Partners get back and i have no time to eat. After much searching for my order the cashier noticed my order had been bumped in the chaos and was not made. The wonderful staff rushed my order and gave me a water and two lunches on them. Thank you so much. I hate being a Karen and another 20 minutes would have made me full Karen. I've worked in food before, but great customer service like this made my day for sure and would have made any Karen calm down.

Awful ordering experience. Had me waiting without knowing what my order was and did not know how to handle the situation when I asked for an update. It does not matter how good the food is, basics in customer service, including being polite, are fundamental.
