The food is great. It's really fresh and refreshing. It is more expensive than you would expect. It was about $15 a sandwich.

The management needs to work out their kitchen process. Be prepared to 30 minutes for food.

1) I would advise the operators of this restaurant that it is only a matter of time before one of your customers sustains a serious posterior skull injury from the upper steel framework of the turf grass backrests on the north side seating area. It is very easy to strike one's head against that steel edge while sitting back into those seats. 2) I came back on Thursday, October 26 at 8: 34 pm and ordered two Mediterranean Crunch Chicken Salads to go from "Sophia. " When I arrived home I discovered that both salad containers were only half filled and neither container had any chicken in it.

Think everyone needs to give a new business some grace to work through the growing pains! We love the caprese and peruvian sandwiches. Haven’t seen the oaxacan potato salad on the menu recently hope it comes back!

3rd time ordering the pink lady beet salad. The place was not busy, even online orders didnt look busy. I had to wait 20 minutes for my salad. At 15 minutes I asked how long for my order, and I was told they had a big order in front of mine.but I never saw anything that looked like a big order. I asked for the dressing to be tossed this time. It had sooo much dressing the salad borderlined inedible. When I neared the end, I realized my salad didnt come with the blop of goat cheese in the center like it did the first 2 times. Couldnt see any goat cheese unless it melted with the dressing when they tossed it.

Ill go back to try a sandwich, but not on the chance of having a bad expensive salad.

Almost an hour wait, a text that never arrived. Food sitting in the counter and employees just staring at people starve. Knowing texts aren’t working, not calling out the orders was just terrible in top of everything.

We came for lunch on Thursday at 1pm. Line moved quickly. I was pleased with the variety of sandwiches and salads. I had the hot honey prosciutto and peach sandwich. It was pleasantly spicy. The watermelon salad was delicious as well. My companion had a cobb sandwich and corn soup that he enjoyed as well. I loved the addition of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Will be back soon.

I arrived in the morning to try the food for the first time with my daughter, from Mendocino Farm. I ordered a salad and a sandwich, the salad was the first one I received and I really loved it, it was very delicious.however my daughter waited longer to receive her sandwich, also it took us 20 more minutes the sandwich came cold.the atmosphere It is pleasant but the wait we had for the sandwich was not. I also noticed that the employees do not usually change their gloves constantly, however to my relief I noticed that the salad lady did. Everything is fine, just improve that and I don't know why it took so long if the place was almost empty but it is delicious.

Glad they came in to recently opened Walnut Creek location as we are constant at San Ramon city center.
Unfortunately, outside of the location being new, the salad recipes definitely need to be fine tuned. First and foremost on the second day of opening, they are out of the Thai mango salad! Really? This is one of the Mendocino’s trump cards… Mediterranean crunch salad had definitely something spoiled in it on the bottom that once I’ve grabbed the beans, I couldn’t touch them anymore. It smelled sad!

The seat with artificial grass cover did add a good touch to a design. However, the top edge of the back of the seat has the metal edge that can be harmful to your active baby.

Second day in a row coming here as their food is great and fresh, reasonable prices. Had pork belly banh mi today with curried couscous and house-made lemonade. Tasty sandwich and definitely has some good heat in the spicy sauce.

My only concern is that it took about 40 mins getting a take-out during lunch time at 11: 15. Cashier seems to not have been familiar with the ordering process and taking a long time per customer. Manager was next to the cashier constantly. I asked for utensils but it was not on the to-go check list and of course not in my bag. Would suggest they do more staff/cashier training on their off-hour so they could learn to trouble shoot or go through the menu options slowly. Mistakes made easily when the staff are under pressure. The order line was so long people were standing in the parking lot out of the door.

Cute place so I was excited about trying it! Went on a Tuesday and it was very chaotic and not running well. I waited an hour for two sandwiches to-go and had to leave with only one sandwich and a receipt with a note from a kind employee in order to call the manager later in order to potentially get support? The employees were great and stressed as well, I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen. On top of that the food was just mediocre.

Update: the manager was very sweet and apologetic and took care of us.

My husband and I had lunch here today after their grand opening and wow were we impressed. From the service to the food we had a great experience. We ordered the Caesar salad which was presented beautifully and tasted fresh - one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had myself. We also ordered the chimichurri steak and bacon sandwich which was also delicious. On top of the amazing food was the constant attention from their staff to all the customers. Being in the customer service industry myself I was very impressed by the constant check ins and attention to the needs of the customers. In particular, Cory, one of the staff there recognized each customer and checked in with us frequently. Even as a more casual sit down restaurant the attention he provided was amazing. We were throughly impressed and will definitely be back again!

We like this chain and we are happy they opened one in Ygnacio valley. While this place was busy the first week of opening, the staff are freindly and atentive. I made a mistake when I placed my order and they took care of it though they were extremely busy.

Ordered a single sandwich and two sides online and was given a 59 minute wait time. Showed up at the pickup time and it was very clear the sandwich had been sitting already made for at least 30 min and was soggy and the sides were room temperature as they had also been sitting out for some time.

This was the 2nd day they were open. They have a lot of staff helping. While waiting in line for 20 minutes, an employee welcomed me and asked if I had any questions about the menu. I told him what I was planning to order, and he suggested adding avacado to cool the spice. Good idea. I placed my order with another friendly employee who gave me a free cookie since I waited so long and tried to come yesterday, but the line was out the door. I found a table where I had to scan the table bar code and enter my receipt # so they know where to deliver my food. The seat was interesting. It was fake grass. Had some green juice (very good) and my chicken procutto panini sandwich and small macaroni salad. The place was noisy, and I think they were having an air conditioning issue as they had 2 portable units. Everyone was offering to help. I'll be back when it quiets down.

Got the strawberry salad with chicken and it was incredibly delicious! Perfect for summer time in the easy bay! Definitely reccomend ordering ahead since it can get busy but other than that it is fantastic!
