Bought two sets of tires from Mendoza's and they rotate your tires when it's time, yes sirrrr.

They did a good job on fixing my bent wheel. One issue I have is that they over inflated my tires to 40 psi and it's supposed to be 33 PSI. But I will still give him five stars because they got me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.
