I have been coming to this auto shop for almost decade since I moved to this neighborhood. Their service is always reliable and staff courteous. Moreover, what makes this place stands out is their simple act of kindness, may that be providing a free ride to my work place, or wiping down the interior and door handles after service during the pandemic, or fixing a cosmetic problem of my fender bender (out of their duty list and for free). I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good service and beyond!

I had to get my two front tires changed right after work because one of them started bubbling and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right tires for my car so they could change them before I commuted an hour and half back home. Highly recommend!

A passerby recommended Menlo Atherton auto repair, which was right around the corner. I called and spoke to Ryan over there, he said I could get towed over and hopefully they could get my new tire in as soon as possible. They got me in and out within a few hours! What a relief. We came from Fresno for a Doctors appointment at Stanford Hospital. The night before, I must have picked up a large screw in my tire as we entered town for the night. We were lucky to not lose any air in the tire the night before. After our appointment, we stopped here at Menlo Atherton Auto Repair to see if we could get the tire plugged up. Allen helped us get back on the road in a matter of minutes. My wife and I couldn't be more grateful! A+ business!

Service at MA Auto Repair was courteous. My only problem was that when I dropped off my car, construction workers from next door were blocking the driveway.

Brought my truck here the other day to diagnose steering. They couldnt find the problem but they didn't charge me for diagnosis and suggested I take it to another shop to get another opinion.

Menlo- Atherton Auto Repair is a unique business in that their customer service is outstanding. Everyone who works there is intelligent and knowledgeable and is able to answer your questions. They communicate well about estimates, time, and do not pressure you to do all their recommendations. That said, I always have them do the recommended items because they are fair and reasonable. They do quality work and always solve my cars problems.

Great experience. Unexpected breakdown, had my car towed there in late morning and it was ready for pickup that afternoon. Friendly and responsive staff in contact throughout the repair. Definitely would recommend!
