I made an appointment for the vaccine and put on a waiting list last week.today I get email stating that my appointment this friday was canceled, what appointment? I never got one yet I was on the waiting list.anyway the message said make another appointment. Thats impossible.they to owner.thank you for the reply.but you gave me a link to make a new appointment, and the links is closed to appointments?

The staff is great but the phone operator is horrible. If you want to make an appointment via phone, you are placed on hold for 30 minutes only to be transferred to a voicemail. You then can wait for days and nobody will call you back. Talking to your doctor is also impossible via phone since you will be placed in the queue with no responses. I had to physically drive to the office to make an appointment which is not acceptable. The staff is great but I would suggest perhaps finding a new physicians office that is also available via phone. The pharmacy however is great and follows up with refills and prescriptions.

My review is not based on the foundation itself, rather based on their covid testing. I waited in line with my family for 5 hours and it has been two weeks now and we still have not received our results.

We’ve given them chance after chance but they keep dropping the ball. I got labs done back in JANUARY and still have not received the results. We keep getting the run around and have to pay copay every time we go there yet done is ever done. The doctor we were working with doesn’t even work there anymore. And top of the copay we pay every time for going, there’s the $20 parking that has no validation. They’ll find a way to charge you for labs you don’t need and not tell you the cost. Just shady and will never come here again.

Me and my husband has had nothing but awkward transactions every time we go here. I thought specializing in gay men’s health would be worth the drive but I was proven wrong. Our issues are never taken care of but somehow keep getting hidden charges

Never have I received such outstanding care. From reception to nurse to doctor and pharmacist they have it all covered quite nicely and with extreme authenticity. Dr. Pardo made eye contact.listened actively and in no way made me feel in any way other than a partner in my own care. Case management put a cherry on top of an already exceptional morning. Bravo.
