Men's Wearhouse reviews
17Met immediately when I walked in. Told what I wanted and he produced the item. Personable, knowledgeable and made me realize that this was the first place to shop for men's clothing.
Very nice store. Basic stuff. Shirts, suits, ties, sweaters. Good experience, excellent service. Love it.
Had a good experience here. The sales person that helped me was patient and had some good suggestions. I am looking forward to picking up my new suit once the alterations are done. Be advised that the store has moved. 3rd floor of the mall in Burbank and in a different location. Large store, and lots to choose from. I will be back for more stuff soon.
We are looking for a tux for my fiancé, so we stopped here so excited to buy one and the guy unfortunately discriminated us, we really wanted to buy it but he treated us like we didn’t have any money and he said you can’t try them, he went with the manager who treated us the same way, she was a woman that looked at us so mean, so we decided to leave because we felt so bad.
Worse customer service in the Burbank mall. Only one staff member was kind. The rest need to get a different job. They are making your company look bad and unwelcoming. Didn't even give me my suit in a suit cover or plastic cover. Just handed it to me after over paying and getting it tailored. Your brand is slipping thanks to them. I WON'T RETURN
I dislike shopping! Especially for clothes! Especially for suits!
I needed a black suit. It's been a few many years since I purchased a suit so I went to all the big box retailers in the Burbank Mall. Macy's, Sears, etc. I wanted quality while being budget conscious. I didn't know how to go about shopping for a suit, so I based my search mostly on price and secondly on what looked good.
I found nothing because I didn't know what I was looking for. My girlfriend suggested Men's Wearhouse. Made sense with this store's name that I'll have an easier time figuring out what I needed. NOPE! Thank God one of the associates (I forget her name) asked if I needed help.
This associate asked if she could measure me and within minutes she explained the different styles of suits (e.g. Executive, Modern, Slim, etc.), how they're sized, and what style ranges would fit me. She did all the leg work.choosing the style, color, pairing shirts. I'll be back when I'm ready to add another suit color to the wardrobe.
This is a new location for Burbank store. At a Burbank town center Mall, third floor (between Macys and H& M)
I stopped in for dress pants and a dress shirt for my teenage son. He is very tall and slim so I worried about finding his size. They had what I needed and he looks great.
It took me a little while to find the store. Today was their first day in a new location. They are inside the mall on the third floor. When you are at the top of the escalator, go away from the food court and they are at the end is the little spur. They don’t even have a sign up yet. But the floor mat says Men’s Wearhouse.
The gentleman who helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. He found something in my price range. He took the time to take my son’s measurements and showed us several options.
Customer service is excellent. Quality of inventory is very nice. Not much in my exact size. Can be very pricey. You do get what you pay for thou.
Truly grateful for Elina and her team! They went above and beyond to help me choose the right custom tuxedo for my wedding.
Maggie R was the best. All around customer service and knowledge of putting outfit together
My husband was quite pleased with service and selection of jackets and men's dress shirts. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable about stock and sales.
Went to this store for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting Scott. What a guy. I went from being very unsure of what would be right for my first day at my new job, to feeling extremely confident in my suit, shoes and accessories. Not only did I feel important and catered to, but he knew he was good at what he does and took the time to share knowledge and game with me for the future. If you're in need of a professional experience and a friend while you get fitted, go to the Burbank store.
Come by here to look at suits or tux just to get get idea if there styles are for you. I came to Men's Warehouse to see the options for my wedding Tux. I made my appointment online so I basically got there when the store just open. The guy who was helping me was kind of helpful with showing the different tux selections. I did notice that the pricing they had there and online was very different. They were able to get my measurements while trying on a sample tux. You do have to put a down payment to have your reservation booked in their system. I was told it's refundable which was confirmed today since I called to cancelled it. The price I got at another place to buy the tux was cheaper than to rent it here so I decided to just buy the tux at the other place. But if you like their style and don't mind the cost then give this place a try.
Decent service. Don’t ask for color combo suggestions. They all seemed confused or had nothing to offer. With the amount paid fir the suit you would expect a cheap suit bag. Well I guess garbage bags are cheap. Also hanger broke in basically 2 seconds. Gonna have to steam my suit now before it’s been worn even once.
My son recently graduated from college and has an in-person interview coming up, so we headed to the Men's Wearhouse in Burbank where I knew experienced professionals could guide us in choosing the appropriate clothing for my son in the business world. Tyrell helped us with grace, knowledge, and patience over our five hour shopping experience yesterday. He took into account my son's preferences and we never felt pressured. We went back today to buy the rest of the items he'd suggested my son might like to build his wardrobe. I'd highly recommend this store, and Tyrell specifically, to any man looking for quality clothing and experienced sales people.
Brought in a dress shirt to be altered. Tag still on the shirt never worn. Come back 3 weeks later to pick it up. Little drops of blood near the seam which were clearly old, I was able to scrap off the top layer of the dry blood. Notified the employee to take it back to see if he could clean it. Employee comes out to let me know that they’re not a dry cleaning service and that it is indeed blood but it’s not from their tailor. Funny how the drops of blood are literally right next to the stitching but it’s not his tailor. LESSON LEARNED TAKE PICS OF YOUR CLOTHS PRIOR TO DROPPING IT OFF!
