The Assistant Manager Robert and Associate Ethan really turned things around for me. Last month I had the worst experience with some of the employees up there where they were rude and tried to charge me full price on a rental after they confirmed I can pay a deposit only. Robert and Ethan were very friendly, accommodating, polite, and quick to assist. Best service from those two out. I advise you ask for them if you want good service at this location.

The manager, Michael, was very nice and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and got me the exact suit I was hoping to find very quickly. Make sure you ask for him if you go in. He will take care of you, and make sure you look good!

Just like some of the reviews that I just read. I wish I could give them a zero. The Men’s Warehouse associate that didn’t help me in the Rancho Cucamonga store was extremely rude, distasteful, and told me that I was liar. My husband tried the shirt on, and found that it did not fit and was extremely uncomfortable. But he DID NOT wear it. The MW cashier denied any refund because he claims the shirt and tie had been worn. Yes I am upset because he denied me. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t. But I’m even more upset because of the way he treated me and talk to me and looked at me. He treated me like he was better than me and I’m sorry he isn’t.

Most staff is absolutely rude. Not all. You have to stand and wait around for someone to help you and when they finally do they act like you’re a hinder and are taking up their time. And hope that you don’t take something home that doesn’t fit or don’t need because they will make you jumpy through hoops just for them to tell you that they WONT give you a refund.

I wish I could give a zero!

Walked in today and stood across from two employees. Waited there for 5 minutes while they were talking about hockey. I finally asked if I could be helped and Tony the manager shot back asking me if I had a problem. I told him I was waiting and felt as if I was interrupting their conversation and he immediately accused me of having an attitude. I told him I wanted to return suit and he said I couldn’t because tags were off and suit was altered. He was lying. The suit had not been altered and terms of return didn’t say anything about tags needing to be on. He then claimed I had an attitude again. I interjected and Tony told me to shut up; that he was talking. It took everything in me to not reach over and teach him a bit of a lesson but I wanted to get my money back. He then walked me over to the cashier (who was busy on the phone when I initially walked in). He continued to accuse me of having an attitude. I dismissed him by saying thank you repeatedly and told him to go away.

I read reviews on the horrible customer service and this experience was beyond that. It seemed Tony wanted a physical altercation which he almost got.

Stay away from this company. They’ll probably be closing down even more stores and Tony can find work as a fast food manager or something to that effect.

Oh this place was so nice! My mom brought my brother at the last minute and they took him in quickly. The service was amazing and I definitely would recommend it!

I received outstanding and timely help! Mike helped me get fitted for a suit and he was the MAN! Did amazing work, helped me figure out precisely what I wanted and was just an overall great guy. Would and will 100% be coming back

Yeeesh, what a terrible experience. BF had to rent a tux for a wedding and not only did they never email it was ready but it didn't even fit! So he calls the store and they say it's ready, so he goes down and tries it on. I was not present otherwise I would have rejected the tux, but he expresses his concern over the fit to the employee helping him and the employee convinces him it's fine (shammmeee). So he gets home and puts it on and the jacket it is HUGE in the waist and about 4 inches too long. He has an athletic build, so they made the shirt/jacket to fit his shoulders but did not taper the waist! So the shoulders fit well, but then since it has 0 tapering, it's easily 6 inches too large around the waist, coupled with the jacket being about 4inches too long, he looks like a kid in his dad's suit. Now if this was a cheap, off the rack rental than this would be fine but this was a $200 rental that was supposed to be fitted to him. Very disappointed.

Tony was great at helping me with my suit, he helped me pick everything and knew my size just by looking at me. I recommend this place 1000%

I have spent quite a bit of money here in the past, but now I will take my money somewhere else. Saturday I went there to buy shoes. The shoes I chose were tagged at 179 but they rang up at 184. When I brought it up to the Sales Associate, he said they were too busy dealing with the schematics of the store so they haven’t had time to change the price. I politely said no problem and walked out the door with my wallet to never return again.

Set up a tux rental to wear for my company office party. Things very smooth and picked up Tux. Then my company changed date at last moment. I had to go tell the staff I needed a few days delay. Sam, Zane, and Sky took care of it for me. They also called to let me know it was all fixed and there would be no extra fees. Very professional and definitely went beyond what was expected. They know the business and are willing to help clients. Special thanks.

I have bought many custom suites here. Walked in today and was not welcomed at all. The female manager did not care. Male black assistant looked but never acknowledged. Asked if you could do custom dress shirt and I got a yea. People if you don't like your job, go find something that will put a smile on your face
