This place used to be great for suit rentals, but the service and experience has gone down. I went to have the experience of trying on suits with my fiance for our wedding and they said that they had nothing for me to try on or even take my measurements. She basically shooed us away. When I went a month later to go get my suit for someone else’s wedding, they took my measurements and gave me something to try on. However, if you have a wedding and it’s out of town they still want you to return it the next day, whether it’s your wedding or not. The prices of the suits are also very expensive, I paid 220 just for a blazer, shirt, and pants. Went to a mom and pop shop in Turlock for my wedding tux, and they gave me a vest, blazer, shirt, and pants for only 180 and I can return the suit three days after.

Had the most bizarre experience here. Came in to pick out a suits for my groomsmen. Took a while to get greeted, had to ask for help to start. Finally got some help, and the associate had no idea what was going on. I tried to ask questions and make the process easier and he was simply ignoring me. The moment I made it clear that I was not buying a suit with him his whole demeanor changed. I am a returning customer and I am trying to buy multiple suits, just not today. I'm not sure if this place is commission based or what. The manager told me that people have bad days and that I should be forgiving. LOL. If you don't like your job then find a new one. Word of advice: When you have a bad day, leave it at the door.

I walked in with a problem. I spoke with Andrew and he had me all fixed and on my way within 15mins. That's customer service at it's finest! Thank you.

Unprofessional customer service and overpriced suit rentals. $300+ for a 1-day suit rental for a basic suit. I wasn't even told the price until after the measurements the fitting was done. Also when I returned the suit today around 6pm the employee who helped me at the entrance didn't want to check to ensure I returned everything due to it be a "saftey hazard". Just overall a not a good experience.

Whenever you go to the store, ask for a Dillon, the nicest person in the whole store, super polite, with an amazing customer service. This is my third time purchasing through him, will definitely return

Anthony went above and beyond to help me get a first ever suit that's actually fitted to me and not a one size fit all combo. I've never been a fan of shopping for a nice suit, but Anthony made it fun and fast! My fiancé and I were in and out in under 45 mins, all while Anthony took time to explain everything and go over the selections they had. Walked out with a stylish suit I feel awesome in. I am definitely going back for another suit in the near future!

My boyfriend came here to get a suit for prom and told me how the guy helping him was making constant comments about his body and size, and then when it came to the changing part, he fully went inside the changing room with him to hand him the clothing. This could've just been his way of interacting with the customer, but it honestly just came across as entirely inappropriate.

Horrible customer service. I came in asking for a suit and the guy redirected me to JCPenny. I have been buying my suits from the Men's Warehouse in SF and being here has ruined my experience. I think some of these employees just don't want to do their jobs. Only the younger employees are greeting customers and asking if we need help.

My husband loves buying nice button up shirts, but every single time we come to this store there is this one employee who is always rude to him. We went in last week, and this employee dismissed him and said there was no fitting rooms that he can change on the front floor. We then went in this Thursday to search for some slacks and the same employee tried to upsell us some $130 slacks when we asked for some basics. Fortunately an employee by the name of Anthony stood up for us and offered to help us find great slacks for $50. Anthony was awesome and spent the entire time making sure my husband looked his best. While my husband was in the dressing room, the rude employee came and just stared at us as if we were trying to steal or try something. After we paid, we had to come back after 15 minutes because they adjusted the slacks. However when my husband went in to pick up his slacks and a button up shirt, the rude employee happened to be there and would not give him his items that he already paid for. Fortunately Anthony came and greeted my husband by his first name and gave him his clothes. I am not sure what the employees name is but he’s always in colorful suits. He is rude and makes our experiences awful and uncomfortable. We always buy items at this store but yet this man treats us as if we are shoplifting. My husband believes this man is racist against Mexicans, and I am starting to believe it as well.

5stars for the customer service! We walked in to the store needing a last minute suit and Anthony was Awesome, He was determined to find my husband a suit, my husband is very happy with it. He was very friendly and gave us options to choose from definitely the best customer service I’ve had, made picking out a suit easy for my husband and I.
Also, loved that he was able to adjust the pants length there so no need to go elsewhere to get them fixed

I had a custom vest made for me and about 5 other guys. In the middle of the vest they didn't bother calling or anything but they discontinued the material of the vest, so now half of the guys have one thing and the other half have another. And from the start, customer service was horrible seemed like no one knew what they really should do
