This place is a joke, they dont help people they move you in and out like a number.i went for 4 years, all the councilor did yawn when i was talking. 15 minutes with shrink every 3 months and pills pills pills. They go up a dose then down a dose all the while claiming help. Its a shamble, there are so many people here that want help and have no place to go.they are making bank under the guise of helping the community they really should be investigated.

Reception would never let my therapist know I was there and he'd come looking for me at the lobby 20 min after my appointment and he'd tell me he thought I didn't show up because they never told him I checked in. This happened more than a few times I finally decided to quit this facility and go back to my clinic. I filled out all the paperwork to quit properly but I still got a call from the secretary of my therapist and I let him know again that I would no longer be going there and my therapist still called me that I had missed my appointment! I don't blame the doctors or nurses at all they were always really nice but the staff always had a stank face and apparently aren't doing there job. Everytime I went there they just talked to whoever came up to them instead of doing their job. I haven't been there in over a month and now my new counselor is calling me that I can't have 2 counselors meaning they still haven't taken me out of e system. Y'all need to higher a new staff! This is ridiculous

Please avoid this location. Staff is bothered and even seems annoyed that they have to be there. I came out of the office feeling worse then when I went in. By the end of my session they were more concerned about me signing a paper stating I was seen for todays session. So they could bill my insurance.

Just know that if you have a child that is in serious need of help, they won't set up an appointment if the child is over 12 and does not consent. This is not why I am actually upset, though. I am upset that they have no sympathy at all and can care less of your concerns.
