I come here often. They have newly remodeled rooms. They have made a lot of changes recently. Manny takes care of us and keeps us coming back!

Me and my Girlfriend come here every weekend to get away from roommates, and for some privacy. They have made great improvements in both cleanliness and amenities, including breakfast in the morning and even rooms with hot tubs! The manager (manny), has been very friendly and has helped to make our stays very comfortable. Definitely the most bang for your buck in Merced, highly recommend!

We tried the new Restaurant Cova's right next to the Hotel and the food was good. They served American fare, were very friendly, and generous portions. We will be back!

Cockroach colony, expected but it gets pretty annoying after the 10th time you've turned one of their kin into a stain on the carpet.
Only thing saving this dive is the lovely people behind the counter.
Oh and it's right next to 2 gas stations which was nice for short walks, snacks, and gas.

Please please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK.this place is literally disgusting & most likely very dangerous to stay in. Filled with squatters, live in residents with windows busted out, the parking lot was full of people staring at us as we drove through the parking lot and promptly left. If you need to stay in Merced, there are other hotels worth staying in in the same block. Either way, certainly do not keep anything valuable in your car anywhere near this area, and maybe give your lucky rabbits foot an extra rub that you wake up with all your tires still on.

The health department needs to shoot down this unhealthy place.
How come the city of Merced still has a license to operate?

The people in the office room were cool. The room was spacious and it looked modern but there was a few cockroaches. The fridge didn't work but microwave and coffee maker did. The entire place was surrounded by tweakers and homeless people, didn't make it comfortable to have our cars outside. Other then that it was ok.

Please do not stay here!
We happened to run into the police, who were patrolling the motel, when we arrived. They advised us to find another motel because there was a high risk of being robbed and having our car damaged. This motel appears to be used for prisoners because the prisen in town is overcrowded. We didn't feel safe there, so we moved to another motel.

I stayed here with about a month ago and I think it is a decent place. I had no expectations and was glad that the price was not high. The stay was comfortable and quick. There was breakfast as they detailed. There are great and friendly staff there. Despite a few insects I saw in the restroom, I felt safe and okay staying here for a weekend. It was a money-saving stay and nothing extensive to notify future guests about. I would return under the conditions that I again wanted to save money and know that I will not utilize many feature/functions. My stay with family here for the weekend was to merely have a place to return to after my commencement. A plus is the variety of food options nearby and in close proximity from convenience food to restaurant next door to fast food places across the street. It was a good experience and a decent stay.

At least 2 cockroaches. Nothing works properly, drug addicts around. Bad neighborhood, scary parking lot. Don't stay here.

This place is infested with roaches, it isn't clean let alone sanitary for anyone to stay there. There is no quite so loud and no way to sleep. Do not recommend for anyone.

Just a truely awful place, DO NOT STAY HERE! I was given a room with live cockroaches in it that smelled awful. There were parties and loud music in other rooms so no sleep was had all night.

To be honest thus place doesn't get enough credit, the person who owns this hotel must have a huge heart,

I t-ink that the people there really worked together to make the place look very nice new paint helpfully people and non bothersome they don't hassle you there jus wanted to help those around them would buy the place if I could even gave me a ride back to my house when I needed it.

My son had tested positive for covid and was on quarantine, He is in a rehab program so for the safety of the other residents this is where they are sent. I had did his laundry for him and was dropping off some snacks. As you drive in, there was garbage strewn every where about the outside, Several people just hanging out about the parking lot I did not feel comfortable in my car, my granddaughters were in the back seat and there was a couple of men that were whistling and commenting, we were approached three times by people requesting money.
