Dr. Zippe Treats you like a patient and not like a number. All office staff was professional and kind.
Saw Dr. Cesar with one of the resident physicians that he teaches. The visit was on time, Dr. Cesar gave me all the information that I needed to know in order to make a good decision going forward, the staff was friendly and engaging. I like when my doctors tell me a little bit about themselves, and Dr. Cesar does a good job of doing that. Very satisfied with the experience!
Dr Trabuco is very kind and understanding of my medical condition, and his staff is very kind, they make you feel welcome when you walk through the door.
Clean facilities knowledgeable staff and Dr Caesar exams are always detailed and thorough.
Good doctor! Did the TURP like 3 years ago, I developed a infection in the prostate recently, unfortunately the nurse was very rude! She acts like she owns the universe, I waited for 2 and half hours and still they could not tell me how much longer I had to wait to see the doctor, I had a horrible experience! A guy Fernando, told that if I didn’t like it, I could leave, very unprofessional and rude, also a girl name Joann is very rude. This place has horrible staff! Service it’s the worst
Appointment was at 9AM and did not see dr until 11AM. No communication from anyone regarding the delay. Doctor mentioned that he was called to hospital. Would have been nice to know what delay time I was looking at earlier. This did not show much respect for the patients waiting.
Dr. Ceaser’s Assistant (I can’t remember his name) but I’m pretty sure he is another doctor is very intelligent, listens, and gives his advice and encouragement if needed. My waiting time was only a few minutes.
Staff are very disorganized failed to properly communicate to myself and other patients in waiting area requirements prior to procedures. Disrespect patients time long wait times 90min due to staff failing to communicate prior to procedure. Felt like Cattle (not human beings) staff are rude and unfriendly with patients. I was not made aware I was going to have a cavity search at all and again staff performing it were disrespectful ordering me around. I will only be giving negative reports of my visit to my referring Doctor/family/friends/everyone I know how awful my experience was. Never ever again do I want to visit your office. I felt violated and disrespected period
The office receptionist was very quick to answer, and helpful. Rose took care of the insurance the same morning. Plus - the front office looks renovated, and was very comfortable.
My appt was at 11: 20 am. I was seen at approx. 1: 30 pm. RX was phoned in to wrong pharmacy.
I’ve been seeing dr Cesar for many years and have had many surgery’s and he has been top notch i trust him with my life and his staff r great always help to get me in to appointments asap when I’m in pain godbless them all
My mother has been trying to have a surgery for over 4 months and has been delayed because of an inept management mainly Joanne. Hopefully Dr. TRUBUCO can rectify this situation which has my mother in a catheter for 3 months!
Dr. Trabucco is amazing. I’ve gone through several surgery with him over the past year and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcomes. I couldn’t of asked for a better doctor.
