Never buy Mercedes-Benz they rip you off end of lease return 599.00 plus tax which is nothing to do with lease return why paying deposition fee when you paid 19.000$ after leasing it for 3 years

Service A of my car was served by my service advisor Mr. Perry Roeder. He did a five star ratings. He is absolutely very organized, efficient, finished job well done as promised. I am happy.

Try to lease a E class and final the deal after send the paperwork to manager and they ask $500 more down plus $15 more per month. The manage said they did wrong calculation. I wasted 2.5 hr for that also this dealer mark up interest rate from standard 2.71 APR to 4.22 APR. Be careful when lease car from this dealer.

This was the first time at this dealership with my sprinter. I had a check engine light come on, as I was starting a long road trip. The problem was diagnosed within a hour, the part was ordered and arrived the next morning and I was on my way by 11am. All under warranty. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially our service advisor, Rebecca So.

I got my C300 at this dealership and worked with Phillp Yang on negociating the deal. He is very polite, down-to-earth and awsome! I was actually feeling a bit nervous to go to the dealership without a guy friend, but Phillip made sure I understood about the car and functions I added.
