I had a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield. My sales associate was Paula Arellano and she was fantastic. I highly recommend her and Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield everyone I dealt with was highly professional, very friendly.

I hate this dealership i dropped off my vehicle on Thursday and was promised my vehicle would be done on Friday @ 10. Ended up waiting for over two hours with two other people complaining about staying there for three hours and no car yet. They are quick to get your money but take forever to have your vehicle ready. I arrived and was waiting because “paperwork” wasn’t ready an hour later still waiting for my car to get washed. Idk why they pay people to wash vehicles they don’t even do it right! While waiting one of their techs was in a rush to get to lunch they almost crashed a clients vehicle for not placing the car on park. I rather take my car somewhere else! Worst experience ever! Do not take your car here!

Took my car for an airbag recall on may 14 2: 58pm, dropped it off everything was going good and i thought the service was good.up until i got my car back and noticed they washed it.my cars paint looked and felt dry as if they used a degreaser.i had a dent on my driver door that i know wasnt there.hoffman the service consultant didn't want to show me video tapes of my car when i dropped it off and said the camera thats pointing where my car was isnt working. I'm going to be calling the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else i can to get this solved. Dont come here, id rather go to German Dreams and get serviced than this place.sad that i would actually trust this dealership with my car and i used to always get my services from here.

We were traveling in our Mercedes Sprinter RV when some messages came up on the instrument panel that needed to be addressed. Early Monday morning we arrived at the Bakersfield Mercedes service area. Bryan Brown greeted us took our info and said our issues would be addressed. I can't emphasize how courteous he was. I was concerned but was treated warmly and only wish this is so far from our home. We had stopped at the Portland dealership where they said it would be a week before they could check it out,

This Mercedes dealer is very friendly and helpful. The service department helped get everything I needed for an older Mercedes. They also helped with a few other questions and were very friendly.

We have received exceptional service from Javier!
We had been in touch with him for about 2 months on inquiring about a GLA. When our financial situation was where we wanted it to be, we finally contacted him to make a deal. It was a really stress-free and smooth experience. They offered us a great deal for our trade-in and we left extremely happy in our new Mercedes GLA! This is our first Mercedes and I'm sure it won't be our last. Javier was amazing, very knowledgeable, and friendly. We recommend everyone to go see him! He is truly amazing and only wants the best for you! Thank you again, Javier! We are extremely happy with our GLA!

I stated recently looking for a XC90

I was dealing with 3 different volvo dealerships.but I finally found the car I THOUGHT I was going to get at the Las Vegas Volvo.they lied about EVERYTHING.from the price to finacining to taxes and registration not to machen they ran my credit an insane amount of times

I was disappointed, mad and I felt stuck with them.

But Jennifer at Volvo of Bakersfield SAVED THE DAY along with her sales manager<I don't know his name>

When I first walked it I was amazed at how mint their cars looked. Even the used. Everyone was really professional and inviting.

Jennifer was honest, VERY informed about financing, product knowledge, out-of-state purchases and to add to it she had amazing customer service.

Walking in I was concerned because my credit wasnt as strong as Im sure most of her clientele BUT THEY TREATED ME LIKE IT WAS!

IM STILL FLOORED. They ran me a total of 3 times and they worked hard on getting me a low interest rate. REALLY WORKED HARD <Thank you sales manager! >

But most of all there was no pressure no games, they did exactly what they said they would.

Extremely satisfied throughout the entire process and very happy with my car. I drove 16 plus hours from Seattle to purchase my car from Jennifer and I have no doubt that I will definitely use Jennifer again when I’m ready to purchase another car in the future!

I can not say enough good things about my experience! I live 192 miles away in Modesto and was looking for a Fiat 500 Abarth, which they had exactly as I wanted. Over the course of two days (at my request because of my schedule) they put together a very detailed offer for me on the car including my trade-in, had everything ready for me when I got there, treated me with almost a familial regard (a big deal for an Italian), saved me a bundle of money, and made this one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. Javier and Patrick really worked hard to make this just a fantastic experience and the finance manager (whom I am ashamed to say I am blanking on her name) was so incredibly kind and genuine that the process had me in a feeling of complete comfort. Thank you for making my purchase such a positive one!

We have leased Mercedes-Benz vehicles for several years because we always received top notch customer service from dealers all over California. Unfortunately we experienced the worst side of customer service today at the Mercedes-Benz in Bakersfield: 5600 Gasoline Alley Drive Bakerfield, CA 93313. We traveled to Bakersfield today and decided to drop by for service and to repair the car key battery. Not only were they not courteous, but also they had no respect for Mercedes-Benz customers if the vehicle was not purchased or leased from their own lot.
We are shocked and disappointed in their service consultant Ms. Samantha Burdge as well as the manager Mr. Brown. Without reliable and respectful service at all Mercedes dealership locations, there is no foundation for loyalty.

Excellent service, not pushy like other dealers. Jennifer Peoples had a very nice gesture that I will always remember. I had bought cars before and the dealer or the sales person never bothered to place the huge bow on my new car, twice my husband and I bought 2 Volvo cars on the same day and no one bothered. I really like that gesture from Jennifer. Thanks and I will consider Sangera auto dealer on my next purchase. I will also consider on talking to Jennifer again. It was the easiest process ever. Jennifer, at the Bakersfield Mercedes Benz is a great person she went out of way to help us purchase the right vehicle, if you’re looking for a new vehicle from this dealership I strongly suggest that you ask for Jennifer, she will greet you with a big smile she’s very polite and friendly and she really knows her vehicles, she answered all of our questions and maid sure that we got a really good deal, we are very pleased with her service, Jennifer your amazing and thank you for our new c-class we’re very exited, god bless

My husband and I went in to Subaru because we were in the market for a new vehicle. We had the best experience with Jennifer, she was so knowledgeable about the Ascent, and took her time with us to show us all the great safety features. The entire experience was amazing! I am so impressed with the excellent service we received from Jennifer, and the staff at Subaru.
