I took my GLK in and I had the most amazing service! I had many things that needed attention on my auto and the gentleman really did a great job. They told me exactly what needed to be taken care of and even gave me a great deal on my tires.

Extremely Happy with the professionalism and experience I was given at Mercedes Benz of El Cajon. I made an appointment with Sam Kalasho because a friend in my community had recommended him and spoke very highly of him and his work. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment, expecting to be disappointed because no one likes when their time is wasted I was surprised to walk in to the biggest smile and warmest greeting from Sam. Instead of disappointment of being late he turned the experience immediately into a delight and was genuinely excited for me to get a new car. Like a kid on Christmas morning Sam showed me all of my options. I was originally going in for a car with a smaller payment but after looking at all my options and packages with Sam I decided to get my dream car and left the dealership happy I was recommended to the right person. He didn’t just let me walk away with anything he showed me my options and helped me make my dreams come true! I have since told all my friends to go to Mercedes of El Cajon and see Ansam for anything they need! Thank you Ansam and thank you Mercedes for having a superb employee

So I was in town for the holidays and had the greatest car buying experience ever! I was never expecting to purchase a vehicle but I pulled up and the first person I met was KC. Made me feel at home with no haggling or anything. Had me in and out within an hour! If your looking for a luxury vehicle MB of El Cajon is the place to go!

The most pleasant experience I’ve every had purchasing a car. The manager and sales associate were excellent - professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and fair. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in closing the deal without the gamesmanship.

Marjan was a very deceiving sales woman! She sold me all the window protection warranty while recommending me to tint my Mercedes windows! So FYI if you tint your windows you would automatically lose your window protection package that you pay for which I did without knowing! Shame on you Marjan for being the worse saleswoman!

Customer service is not good at this place. I just want to say thanks to Miss Lynasia hopefully I spelled her name right. She was by far the most helpful person I dealt with at this dealership.

Not going to get into all the issues I had with this place. Life is too short and sometimes you have to let things go for your own peace of mind.

You guys should have her train employees on how to treat customers.

I went for a recall item to be checked. They accommodated the time I needed even though I had to make several changes. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted courteously, had a comfortable place to wait and enjoy refreshments. I didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone was so professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Mercedes sure isn't what it used to be. I can go on about the lack of quality of vehicles over the past 18+ years but that's another topic.

In short, this locations service is abysmal. Kearny Mesa Mercedes service is far superior in my book.

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH MECEDES-BENZ OF EL CAJON!

I owned a White 2012 Mercedes C250 as a first owner. This car has about 59,000 miles on it, but I had so many problems. Almost 3 years ago, the car had a problem with Camshaft Adjusters. We brought back to this dealer for service, at that time the car still under warranty. We do not have to pay anything. Unfortunately, after 2 years, this car had the same problem with Camshaft Adjusters. This time they charged $2,700 for service. After 2 weeks, the car leaking oil from the bottom. We brought it back, and they told us this problem was not related to the last service. They found the oil coming downside of engine near alternator. Removed and found oil leaking from oil pressure plug that is inside of block. This crush washer should be replaced to stop massive oil leak. They recommended us to change immediately. This service will cost us about $698. I do not want to do it and take the car back to service by myself. I went to YouTube and learned how to replace this part. Then I ordered the new washer and nut for around $10. With no experience, it took me about 2 hours to complete this job. When removing the oil pressure plug, I can easily remove it with my fingers (no tool). My question is WHY? You may have the ANSWER for that! If they just put the star key in and turned counter-clockwise a full-turn. The problem will be fixed, but they do not want to do that. Please see the attached pictures.

I would not recommended to my families and friends to service the car at this dealer.

Everyone was very nice; gave me very accurate time of completion, Ken was very helpful in answering questions.the waiting area is nice with delicious pastries and coffee.it's my go to place from now on.

This dealership was accommodating from the initial phone call; they had service openings that were available within the week.
As a first-time customer I was pleasantly surprised at the environment and the exceptional service (even providing LYFT transportation service. Very good communication.
