I purchased a CPO 2019 AMG GLA 45 on 10/04/2023 sight unseen. Trusting this dealership to be forthcoming with the condition of this used vehicle was an error on my part.

I hired a transportation company to deliver the car from El Dorado Hills to my home in Colorado inside of an enclosed trailer. The transportation company took extensive pictures prior to leaving the El Dorado Hills dealership. They documented 19 exterior defects that were not disclosed to me by the salesman as well as noting the car was in “dirty” condition. The dealership didn’t even bother to quickly detail the car prior to pickup. I paid an additional fee for the car to be ceramic coated by the dealership, which was a service obviously not preformed.

Additionally, the car was in an accident that was never disclosed. There is extensive damage to the front end from what appears to be someone driving the car off the road. I took the car to my local Mercedes dealership for an inspection which found over $6k worth of damages. Furthermore, I had the alignment checked which showed the alignment was drastically off. According to the dealer an alignment check should have been completed as part of the CPO process for Mercedes Benz.

I spoke with the General Manager, Michael Marquez, on 10/11/2023 regarding my concerns as well as sent pictures of the damages from the transportation company at his location. Michael was very pleasant on the phone assuring me that he would make the situation right. I have not heard from Michael Marquez, or any of the staff since that date. I have called, left numerous voicemails as well as emailed to no avail.

On top of the absolutely horrendous customer service, the title department has yet to complete the title paperwork. It is now 12/12/2023 and the title paperwork is still incomplete. The dealership received payment in full on 10/05/2023 then stopped responding. I have had to request an extension from the Colorado DMV for registration. I am now receiving letters from my financial institution that my loan is at risk if I do not submit the title paperwork promptly. I have called, left voicemails, emailed, requested callbacks with the General Manager of the Sacramento office, General Manager of the El Dorado Hills office, sales managers at both locations as well as the direct title department at the Sacramento location with no returned communication from any source. I have been told numerous times over the past two months the receptionist will ensure I am contacted as soon as possible. The best way I can explain my ongoing experience with Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills is unacceptable systemic incompetence.

Do not trust this dealership
I made the mistake of trusting them because they were MB, wrong! They are still a car dealership. Ask for a diagnostic before buying used vehicles. I do love my vehicle but I wish I knew the hidden problems.

Although I purchased a used Benz I trusted it to be in good shape because I was purchasing it from Mercedes Benz. The tail lights were not working on the ride home my husband called and said babe you don't have any lights in the back. I live in the Bay area. I had to drive back to the El Dorado to have them correct the issue. To find out later that the cigarettes' lighter not working can't charge my phone but ok I'll endure the cost to avoid driving back for fuse change. Months later I take it in for service at MB of Walnut Creek and I find out the Emergency Break cable was broken, oil leak from worn engine mount, cracked coolant reservoir. MB of Walnut will get close to 7k from me because MB of El Dorado is a Non Trusting dealership and the sales manager would not return my calls. I am truly hurt and disappointed in the Abuse from that dealership. DO Not Trust Them.

We are always happy with MBEDH’s service department- the service advisors and all of their supporting staff are top-notch and will bend over backwards to accommodate us! Truly deserving to bear the Mercedes Benz name.

Purchased a car and arranged a trade while out of state. Thomas was very helpful and made sure everything was ready when I drove to complete the deal. The staff were friendly and made me comfortable.

I drove all the way from Sacramento because I didn't like the service I received at other dealers. It was worth the drive.customer service here is amazing! Matt was my service provider and he was polite and attentive. I was given a loaner car so I didn't have to worry about transportation while my car was getting serviced. I went in for a Check engine light and smog check. I was worried that I would come out of pocket thousands of dollars. Matt was able to see the issue with my car was covered under extended warranty. Huge relief! I was able to get my car serviced and smogged for under $100.

I feel in love with my loaner car 2023 GLC. Thinking of upgrading:)

In addition, the lobby was clean and welcoming with complimentary donuts, coffee, sodas and water which is a nice touch. Also, I am a mother to a newborn baby and while picking up my car I needed to change him. I walked into the bathroom and noticed there wasn't a changing table. So, I asked an employee if there was another bathroom with a changing table. He said unfortunately there wasn't but there should be one. He then let me use a private office to change my baby. Very courteous staff. Recommend bringing your vehicle here 100%!

Service is very friendly, prices are high, free coffee and bagels. Some people would think a Mercedes is a special car and it is. Built to last and no corner cutting by the factory. However, there is no reason to charge almost $300 for a Schedule A service, which is basically just an oil change. I can get that done almost any where for $50 or so. I'm not going to pay for Von Housen's show room expansion. He makes enough money for that with selling his vehicles. Service should be just that and not a revenue stream for funding your sales. That's why I just bought a Buick Encore from Folsom GMC/Buick instead of a Mercedes crossover SUV like a GLC 300.

I found my dream car online and initially called and spoke with Jason to confirm the car was still available. I arrived at the dealership and asked for Jason. There was a bit of a wait but for each team member that passed, they asked if I had been helped, offered water and such.
Jason introduced himself and a gentleman named TJ. TJ and I test drove the car and he was thorough and knowledgeable on the features of the car and very personable.
There were no pressure sales or back and fourth. I expressed early on my desired payment and Edwin helped meet that goal.
All in all I felt like they cared and wanted me to be happy. Yes, this was a transaction and at the end of the day selling the car was the desired end goal, but it didn't feel that way.
What a seamless experience!

Patrick from the parts department was phenomenal- not only did Patrick greet me with a smile when I called to inquiry on a par, he complimented the same behavior the following day when I met him in person.
Additionally he explained in detail the whys of how the part impacted my car. Incredible customer care! While Company’s boast their customer experience, Patrick is Customer Experience!

Eric was very helpful any time I was at the Dealership looking for the perfect car. When Eric found that perfect car I wanted, he made it so easy purchasing my new 2020 Mercedes. Everyone friendly and efficient. My service advisor Dave is awesome and Luis (not sure of his title) are the absolute best and make the visit smooth and enjoyable! They are a big reason I keep coming back.
