I have never had one bad experience here and I have been here plenty of times. I won’t go to any other Mercedes in town, Escondido always comes through. The customer service is top notch and they meet your needs. I want to give a special shoutout to Victoria Raitt! She took great care of me and stayed on top of it with updates on my car. Thank you again and to your whole team!

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan from Mercedes-Benz of Escondido on the purchase of my "new to me" vehicle. I'm very particular with my vehicles, and Bryan was able to work with me every step of the way. I live in San Jose and couldn't easily visit the dealership to check out the car I wanted to purchase. Bryan provided me with pictures he took from his own phone, so I knew they weren't doctored, he provided the details from the inspection Mercedes performed, and accommodated me in taking the vehicle to another dealership for inspection.

Thank you again to the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Escondido for helping me purchase my dream car and for being customer focused.

I absolutely would buy another car from this dealership and work with Bryan!

I am a US Marine Corps officer and I very selective with whom I work with outside of my occupation. I worked with Kent Carruthers based off his reputation and recommendations. Kent is of moral character, professional, flexible, and easy to work with. I was in the market for an CPO S-Class and he took a whole day to go over the different model years, test driving, explained all detailed features, pros and cons of each model year, etc. Kent was extremely patient and does not pressure you. I've been thru many Mercedes car salesman and dealerships. Bottomline, Kent is someone whom I would work with because of his character, professionalism and outstanding customer service. He has earned a client and my business for life, and in addition the referrals from south Orange County that will be coming his way. It is my recommendation to management that Kent Carruthers be promoted and recognized.

I bought my Mercedes, back in Nov.of last year. When I drove away, I felt a vibration from the front. So I called, and spoke with Brian the service Manger. He told me to bring the car in. They kept the car for 3 weeks, and when I went to pick up the car, Brian said, that there wasn't anything wrong with the front end. Plus I pointed out the front windshield, which had a chip in the middle of the window. Also, there were chips on the trunk. I also purchase the life time paint warranty. Brian told me to buy touch up, and do it myself. So I took my car 2018 C300 to Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs and let the shop foremen drive car. When he return, the gentleman said to me, that he could feel the vibration. He also told me, that my car doesn't have run flats. So then I went back to Mercedes Benz of Escondio, and told Brian, what Mercedes of Palm Springs said. They kept my car for another 3 weeks. When I picked up my car, Brian said, that they replaced the rotors and pads and 2 new tires. He said the tires were run flats. When I left, I still felt the vibration, when I got home, I called Brian and told him, what the car was doing. He then told me he would go to the higher ups and ask them, what can we do. He never call me back. So after months went by, I went to have my tires rotated, and then they told me that my that my tires were no good. So I replaced the tires and my rotors and pads. Plus, the car didn't have run flats. So about a week and half ago I called Mercedes of Escondio and talk to the general Manger to talk about, how we can resolve these problems. He told me, he was going to call me back. No phone call back, from nobody. I believe they sold me a lemon. By the way, this is the second Mercedes, I bought from them. I guess this is the way they treat repeat customers. Louie Rodriguez P. S.the sales rep David, said that when people complain, around here, we call them heaters, but I'm not calling you one.

Don't buy certify pre owned (CPO) car from this dealership, THEY SOLD vehicle without second key in the middle of august, they forgot to place an order for second key, but they didn't care to follow up with parts department, they flaked, forgot, mislead, didn't care, made a fun!
this is dishonest method of handling whole transaction, today (11/29/2022 i was trying to talk to manager, but they washed me out and created a barrier to get into conversation with GM, I spoke with Mark salesperson, he intentionally was trying to connect me with Silvester (original salles man) who is source of a problem because he is originally forgot to order, this Mark was saying: "listen, listen, i going to say what i have to. " i was trying explain that i only speak to GM, because staff ignoring me.
Mark was super rude and hung up at me, those guys acting like not mercedes benz, they manier horrible and shameless polluting a name of good brand, i spoke with Vito (GM) finally, We will see how he going to help>

My first Mercedes2020 GLE I have brought it in probably 8 times in 3 years with recalls, battery issues, glitches to where my car died and lost all control due to a glitch! Speaker to phone was muffled and no one could hear me. After 3 times finally got it right! The customer service is awful! I need a new brake pads after 20,000 miles, and I bought the warranty to find out it wasn’t covered. Brought at 35 miles away from my home to the Escondido location after they said it wasn’t covered. Come to find out it was covered under my warranty. They won’t do it because I had brought my car in to El Cajon one time. This is over a three-year period where I use the El Cajon location one time. Therefore my warranty is voided for my brake pads.

Dont take your car to the mercesdes-benz of escondido. I really disappointing for service.i buy a brand new car e350. Not used. 2year total run only 11963miles.total 2time. Frist time 3000miles service 590.00. And today: 11963 miles service b.
I Bring my car to this show room check up my car. Oh it 's Bad service and i feel untruthful.they did unnecessary services because my car only 11963
Miles.not 20000 miles. And he tell me may tired have problem. I need pay more 1083.00.but my car have sensor at wheel. But i dont see alarm on screen. Maybe my luxury car mercedes unsafe or this dealer untruthful. Do unnecessary services take the customer money.they think asians family aren't knowledgeable: . They draw lot of costs to make customers pay
. Everyone not bring my car to here servive &parts. And blatantly mocking money

I've used to always take my Mercedes to this service department, but not anymore. I live in Escondido but will drive to Mercedes of El Cajon going forward. Each time I've been with the Escondido service department my car has been there all day or at least until the next day, but they will tell you for and oil change it should be 1 1/2 hours to 21/2 hours. I've also been told there are no loaner cars available, but the customers directly behind me have been able to get a loaner, this has happened at least twice. I believe the advisor is just not willing to get me a car, like I'm not good enough. Poor service from the same advisor Sean, as long as he's there I won't be taking my business there.

The worst place to ever take your car is to this dealership! They can’t fix the problem you took your car in for but they’ll find other problems and charge you and avoid fixing the problem you had from the beginning. Model S500 2004- and above have a battery and electrical problem which Mercedes Benz new about. They need to correct the electrical/ battery problem! There is currently a law suit going on concerning this problem. Include yourself in the lawsuit. Thank You!

We needed service B maintenance check. There was a little mis-communication between myself and our agent Sean. Next morning he called me and resolved it promptly. I know this location is extremely busy but the way Sean Manshadi dealt with the issue was superb and professional. I couldn't ask for more. I am very satisfied with his extra ordinary care and service as well as his communication skills. If you are looking for flawless service and care I would recommend Sean Manshadi.

They won't let you leave 0 stars. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my car, I was soooo ripped off! They misdiagnosed the repair needed for my previous car, I brought it right back and they still charged me for NOT fixing it! They have never answered the multiple emails even after I spoke to them IRL. I will never deal with them again and I will tell everyone to go to Carlsbad or any other dealership.

Defently seeing destroying the Mercedes truck and car brand if they stay with with this qualifications
1. You get a quote when the truck arrive they try to take advantage of you and raise the price.
2. Unqualified tec people, that know what they are doing
3. The service representative think that you are the least knowledgeable person and never follow up with you, unless you keep coming
4. Try to have have a service representative on the line with their new machine system
5. When you want to buy best service because their us commission, but when their truck start giving you problem 0/10 customer service.
6. Even if you buy the service to give you a car to use, they will tell you that they don't have any because they give it to whoever they fit better in their profile.

Only thing good about trying to buy a used car here is the comedy material I can use to entertain my friends.

I'm in No. Calif, so the first thing I'm told is they don't like to sell to people outside the local area but they'll make an exception since I'm paying cash. But I have to arrange my own tow truck to get it off their lot. I don't mind paying for the transporter but I don't know who to call.

But first, I have to hire a stranger (from four hundred miles away) to look at the car before they'll release it.

Then I get a purchase agreement via email that is 1300 more than the advertised price. I'm told this is for an "accessory package" which I tell them I don't want. The salesman refuses to remove the accessory package even though it states right on the invoice that the price without the package is available for the asking. A classic bait and switch! I agreed to pay the advertised price for the car (in cash), but they won't sell it to me for that price.

At every opportunity the salesman did what he could to make me not want to buy a car. I think they get their sales training at a used car lot in Tijuanna. I thought a M. Benz dealership would have some class. Not here!

I know they're busy, I wish I would have gone elsewhere. I've owned MB over 20 years.been to all the dealerships in town. I never had any issues let alone a problem. But, this is different and i wish i was warned.
My was damaged (backup camera stopped working, lanes assist doesn't work, mirrors no longer fold in anymore). The original repair was not successful either (never fixed) after being at Mercedes Benz Escondido for nearly four months and $3,500 later. Management is non-responsive.

I purchased a car from the Mercedes’-Benz dealership this past weekend. I was impressed with sales consultant David Cardon. He was professional, honest and cared about the customer - me. He was transparent about the process and kept things simple for me. The paperwork was quick and I drove my new car off the lot in less than 2 hours! David was amazing. Thank you for the great service.

This was shadiest luxury car dealership I have ever been to and my husband and I have purchased many cars They advertised one price for pre-owned car and then had almost $2k in additional costs (not optional $1300 clear coat and key insurance and over$600 in dmv related fees). They also gave me lowest price for my trade in car by over $3k of any dealer. Wound up purchasing at Mercedes Benz Temecula—no hidden fees, willing to negotiate on price and easy to work with. Did get better rate in financing from my bank but they then facilitated that loan. Definitely would say Temecula MB is worth the drive:) Be careful of this Escondido dealership.

I purchased a GLS 450 Mercedes from them and when I took it to my local Mercedes’ dealership they noticed the back bumper was a little out of place. Something I didn’t notice or was aware of when I purchased it. My local dealership pulled up a statement of dates on the vehicles whereabouts before it was sold. Almost like a carfax. On it stated it was in a body shop, assuming that it was in accident. I called Mercedes Escondido to speak to the General Manager who’s name is Jack. Explaining him the situation. He asked to email him the statement that I was provided by my local Mercedes’ dealership. However, when I would call him back I was getting excuses of everything from the front desk operators and I would leave msgs for him and he wouldn’t return my phone call. Months pass now and nothing. As a company who try’s to provide the best for the customers. Really aren’t giving there best when there customers need them, especially for a mistake they made. Highly disappointed. Be aware of everything u see on ur vehicle and make sure u check details. Cause once they sell u a car, they could care less after that. They got your money now.

This place is horrible CHUCK MCVAY did the worst job.talked to him set up a deal and ready for puchase i tried to pay down payment night of deal but he was busy which is fine but then car gets sold the night of why wouldnt you just take my payment? Why run ppls credit and WASTE my time? Sad part is i called the morning after deal was set and he says oh they didnt call you yet i let them know as if the car was still there.cant even be an honest man and tell me this is truly saddening that ppl cant be honest.i hope you guys tighten up and help ppl for the benefit of the customer.this was truly a sad day for me for the human interaction.not to mention gave the run around when trying to talk to customer service sent me to lines that just rang and no one answers. SO DISTASTEFUL OF YOU MB OF ESCONDIDO
