Henry the advisor is one of the best in the house. I am thankful for how patient he has been with my car, it had an issue that I had to bring back many times, and it finally got resolved but he was always able to work with me. He definitely deserves recognition!

The most amazing Mercedes I’ve ever been to the service is outstanding and they’re super nice & friendly, the general manager spoke to us personally and the head of the service department was also taking care of everything himself along with his crew whom are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I wanna thank Mr. Rich for helping us get through this and for his amazing work n the people who work there I can’t say enough about him and his family of workers they’re my favorite Mercedes Benz of all times

Service department is awful. Dropped my car off Sunday, and didn't hear from anyone. When contacted Monday at 4: 42 PM Henry lied and said he called me. Completed the form, but he claimed "they needed to figure out what to do".

I never got the oil change and wasted two days in the process.

Great experience! Gurvinder had great customer service and put me in the perfect vehicle. Highly recommend him.

The service at Mercedes Benz of Modesto was phenomenal. Our sales person Gurvinder Judge was very helpful with the whole process and it went very smoothly. Definitely a positive experience.

As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Gurvinder and asked what I was in the market for. I then told him anything in the AMG series and he gladly showed me around with detailed information about the cars and prices! I ended up purchasing the GLE 53 AMG and the process was so easy with Gurvinders help on negotiating the price and paperwork! Gurvinder was also super friendly, getting to know us and having good conversation! Definitely going back to Gurvinder for my next car!

Gurvinder Judge actually does a great Job as i have come several time and 3 times i changed my car and i really had a best experience because of him as he makes the process go smooth

We went in for our 1st time. Fresno Mercedes is where we usually go for our maintenance. Their service is outstanding! I waited for 40 minutes with no help. Jake attempted to do what he could. Apparently no more could be done. After being there for over an hour, Sean Sands asked if I needed help and quickly resolved the issue. We will gladly bring our future maintenance to Modesto because of the help that we received from Sean.

We had such a wonderful experience buying our car due to such a wonderful sales advisor, Gurvinder Judge. Gurvinder was very patient with us and was overall outstanding. Considering the fact that we left at one point due to the sales managers poor attitude over $260! My husband and I decided to return because Gurvinder was overall very helpful and ended up working out a deal with us we didn't feel it was fair to him to lose a sale after all the time he had spent with us just because of the sales manager and because we really liked the car and it was exactly what we were looking for. We strongly recommend Gurvinder Judge.

I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz Modesto. My sales rep was Gurvinder Judge and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s very thorough, professional, and efficient at his job. He listened to what I wanted and accommodated to my work schedule. Overall, the whole team was very pleasant to work with!

The positive: Director Rich is a good guy who will fix the mistakes of the others. Reception has greatly improved and are pleasant.
The negative: They're scalping you on price and the service agents and service manager are not ethical. Call anywhere else and get a price quote, and look at what MB Modesto charges. It's criminal. If you enjoy having a sassy 20 year old punk try to fleece you for an extra $2,000, then go here. Half of their revenue comes from service. These dealerships are going out of business, so guess who is going to pay?

Gave them 3 chances, Rich had to bail them out each time. They've lost my business, and been petty and unprofessional about getting me my records. I do not recommend you trust Sandra (service manager) if you have to deal with her. To be clear, dealing with other MB locations, they're great (Pleasanton, Fremont, etc). This is a bad egg.
