Bought our 3rd "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" MB here last year. GLE350 has only 28,000 miles on it. Right front end was making a noise so, brought it in for repairs. Was told because of the warranty, everything was covered. Estimate to replace 2 front shocks was $2,200. Asked what was covered and was told everything but this! Will never go back there. Warranty is a scam!

One of the WORST Mercedes dealerships I have dealt with! They were sloppy in the diagnosis of the car and nickel and dimed us over $75! Brandon Williams, the service dept.representative has no idea on how to treat or deal with customers! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the service this dealership provided!

I just purchased a gorgeous Mercedes E4504matic Cabriolet from Andrew at Palm Springs Dealership. He was helpful, patient and fun to work with.

Went in to look at a car and ended up buying. Great people helped us decide without being pressure. Paper work was easy and they did all the work for us.

I bought a certified used MB from this dealer. They have serviced it regularly since then. Easy to get appointments, knowledgeable staff, nice waiting room, really great people overall. Can’t recommend them strongly enough.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I thought I would have to leave the desert area for a deal however, I was mistaken. I worked with Karnit Aricha, a very experienced sales person, knew the product, got to know me and put me in the right car at the right price. So very happy with my entire experience at the dealership from all personnel including the reception desk, service, cashier. Very happy I did not venture from home!

I came into the dealership expecting to buy a S550 AMG as a daily commuter. As soon as I walked into the dealership nobody gave me any attention and it took 10 minutes of me walking around the dealership floor to even get noticed by an employee. I am 20 years old so maybe that's why I was getting dirty looks from the employees for sitting in my future car. I did not enjoy the customer service so I'm taking my $155,000 check to the Temecula Mercedes dealership tomorrow hopefully they do better there.

The service personnel, with the exception of one young woman driving a cart were dismissive and rude. If you have a choice, absolutely choose a different service provider.

We have several Mercedes and so far have not had any outstanding service at Palm Springs MBZ. We’ve dealt with multiple service personnel and not very impressed with any of them. Had to leave our car for two days for replacement of a broken arm rest which was so unnecessary. We were told they had to order the parts. Then no one called us to tell us our car was ready. We had to call ourselves. Not very satisfied so far.
Update: Since I can’t reply to the owner’s reply to my post, this is the only way I know how to reach him/her. Sorry to tell you the wait was for my 2020 GLE 450 and not my 2005 AMG. I would’ve understood more if the wait was for my 2005 as you have replied in the attempt to justify why we waited. Thank you for your reply.

All went smoothly until delivery. Realized that vehicle did not have a feature we expected and requested (heads up display with speed limits posted). We paid for several features we did not want just to get the heads up display (panarama roof, enhanced stereo, white color). Did not receive consideration from the dealership other than an offer to buy dinner for the two of us. I have been postponing this review in anticipation of a positive corrective action. None has occurred.

I just leased a 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 at Palm Springs Mercedes and had an outstanding experience. My sales person was Karnita Aricha who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made the entire process easy.
Karnita had great follow-up and it is obvious that she knows her business.
When I picked up the vehicle Sherry, the concierge, took well over an hour sitting in the vehicle with me to explain all the features and operations so as I drove off I felt comfortable in my new car. I highly recommend Palm Springs Mercedes and their 2 find associates.

We purchased our 2020 GLE350W 4Matic from Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. It was almost time to made a decision about our 2017 GLE350W lease options to purchase or get into another E series. 11/26/19 we sent into the Mercedes-Benz showroom in Palm Springs and was approached by Karnit with a smile and warm handshake. She asked few questions and listened to our desires/concerns. Karnit was professional, knowledgeable and gave us information that lead us to make the decision on the same day. We had gone to competitors and none of the sales persons made us feel good about continuing to lease. Karnit make us feel as if we were her family and she had nothing less than our best interest at heart. She told us about the 2020 GLE350W; to include: the upgrades from the 2017 and the new technology, etc. Before we left with our new car, she introduced us to Todd (who is also Awesome). Todd gave us a tutorial and let us know we could call on him anytime. Karnit is a customer care Representative. Not a salesman. Thank you Karnit, Todd and all involved in our transaction. We love our new 2020 and will send referrals.

I visited Palm Springs Mercedes-Benz this morning for some repair work on my E350 4Matic.
Rick Williams was my service agent. Rick was great. He answered all my questions very nicely. He was professional and detailed. He made sure I was happy with the repairs.
I strongly recommend Rick. I will ask for him every time i come for service.

I've only had the car for a week, but the sales experience was very good. There was no high pressure sales pitch.the vehicle spoke for itself during the test drive. The sales process was conducted smoothly and efficiently.

They have a gorgeous showroom with all the latest models of course and the decor is classy and beautiful. You can expect to be treated with great courtesy and be offered coffee, water, etc, from their complimentary concession area.
I had my MBZ serviced there and their courtesy car picked me up and dropped me off, with no waiting. It was a real pleasure to have gone there.

Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs is extremely nice and helpful, they don't try to up-sale you they really love the product and just want to tell you about it. Made the car buying experience extremely easy and fast. I've never had such amazing service while buying a car, I think I'm a long time customer now! Highly recommend!

The folks always always take excellent care of my vehicle. Had a problem a year ago where my Sprinter would lose power going uphill and sort of sputter and chug. Other dealerships had been unable to fix it but their head technician identified the problem and solved it after we test drove it together. Well done! They're also timely and hefty work done when they say it will be ready.
