Luke Morgan is excellent and very knowledgeable about Mercedes cars issues and totally explain what needs to be to be done as far service is concerned to older cars.

Josh was excellent, I had a issue with my Mercedes, made an appointment and got my loaner and was on my way, I was kept informed with texts about the status and received a call to tell me that it was ready for pickup, great professionalism and customer experience.

I had a rough experience with this dealership, that was resolved in a way that I thought was reasonable. I placed a factory order on a new G Wagon 6 months ago, and paid a $5k deposit on it. At the time of the deposit, we all agreed that I would be paying full MSRP (manufacture suggested retail price) for the new car. The car finally arrived at the dealership yesterday, and they said that although they acknowledge that the agreed upon price was MSRP they will now not sell it to me unless I pay $15k over full retail, because they have other buyers who will pay more than that.

We eventually agreed on me paying $6,250 over retail. On one hand it’s not great that they broke an agreement, on the other hand, I understand to some degree their position.

This is the second experience in a row where they made an agreement, and then at the last minute changed it, after I had no optionality left. The other experience was with a C series AMG that I traded in. They pulled some BS about one of the tires being at the lowest acceptable level of so they needed to replace the tires.

A couple other notes about my experience. Ryan, my initial sales person / fleet manager, has a very high degree of integrity. Although our MSRP pricing discussion was all verbal, and was from 6 months ago, he didn’t “forget” about what we agreed - which I think 95% of business people in his position would do.

Chris, their GSM is a strong negotiator. If you’re running a business, hire him. He’ll make you money.

The team at Mercedes Benz of San Diego is beyond wonderful! Ryan, Jose, Brittaney and Dawn provided exceptional customer service unlike any dealership I’ve ever experienced. They made the process of getting a car a delight. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you!

My wife’s very happy with her 2019 C300. Thanks to Daria for the outstanding service and best car buying experience ever! She was very informative and made me and my wife feel comfortable through the whole sales process. We were also impressed with the rest of the staff who assisted in delivering a very pleasant experience.

Initially, I was lost in the shuffle. Waited 1 1/2 hours to be taken care of. When this oversight was realized, the staff made every effort to accommodate me.

In all my years of buying and leasing I have not had a more pleasurable experience than with Mercedes Benz of San Diego. Enrique Lopez whatever it took to get me out of a lease with one year left on it and got me into a fabulous Mercedes. Everyone at the dealership deserves a thank you for being the professionals that they are.

Mixed feelings about this place, service is great but after 2100USD for a major service the car won't start 5 hrs after I picked up from the dealership and ended up calling MB roadside assistance to jump start my car.

On November 14th I had one of the most pleasant experiences while servicing my MB C300 at the MB of San Diego.
Ross Benson, the service technician went above and beyond of his duties taking time to technically accommodate me by explaining in detail the need for my car despite that the appointment was only for a full detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge and especially his personality making my visit an absolutely pleasure. I decided to call and visit him in the future for any technical advice and I would fully recommend him and the place to my friends and relatives.

I really want to give 5 stars Once I got my appointment for service on my Smart everything was great The problem was making the appointment It took a little over a week I first tried calling but just got put on hold this went on for several days I then went on line and I was having problems there I was able to chat with someone and she was able to get someone to call me the next day I really like my Smart Car my 3rd one now Just wish it was easier to call and speak to a live person to make an appointment

This was my first time going here and I am mind-blown by the service! I went for something extremely trivial but it was my last resort (my parking permit got stuck in between the windshield and dashboard). I pulled up to the service area, a man comes up and asks how he can help me. I told him about my problem and he has me drive over to the Quick Service area where another guy tries for an hour to get it for me! Several other come to help and I just really appreciated how they didn't just give up even when other car shops did. I am very impressed and grateful for this amazing Mercedes service!

The staff were very professional and helpful. Maribell answered my question, was able to get me a rental car, called about suggested repair without delay. The facility was very clean. The service was excellent.
