I had a few minor issues with my 2017 Mercedes AMGGLE 43. I was assigned Frank Perri.
From the first time we spoke until we met in person Frank was very professional, he kept me updated on a regular basis.
Set me up with a loaner which was really needed.
The service industry definitely need some more Frank Perri’s. Mercedes is lucky to have a service writer like Frank.
Always leave our cars in the excellent care of Frank Perry, knowing that we will receive courteous, professional, friendly, accommodating care for our two cars. This service provider is the best!

Paul Buntukampol was really helpful and kind to help me out to fix my car even it was almost closing time. I would highly recommend him to anybody who visits Southbay Mercedes.
Frank Perri, my service rep, did his usual excellent job.
However, it took a day and a half to perform a B service
which is about a day too long. In addition, the crew managed
to lose the small cap on the rear bumper covering a tow
mechanism. I'm still waiting for a replacement. It has been a week.
Grate service. As usual babak my service advisor was excellent. Took me in right on time. He is very knowledgeable Good service very friendly. I recommend South-bay Mercedes to all my friends and family. Go see babak.

Our 1st experience with the service department was not the best. Haven't had the car 45 days & already had to replace 2 tires. $770+ because of poor advice given by service dept shortly after purchase. Not happy at all

(Service Dept) Dropped C300 off for stalling and CEL. Got checked in quickly and was on my way with a loner car. My contact, Frank kept me up to speed on the progress via phone and text message. Took one week but I had a loner so I didnt care. When car was ready i was texted, took about 15 minute to be on my way with my repaired MB C300. The only gripe was although my car was washed, it wasnt the best job, and I have the preferred customer sticker too.
My visit was truly in the style of Mercedes! Brandy Lovelady was terrific! She kept me informed on the progress of my car repair and was right on with the timing. I watched her mingle with other clients as she checked in with each of us. So personable. This type of service is one of the reasons I continue to drive Mercedes! Thank you
South Bay Mercedes is exceptional. Gary and Keith were so accommodating and patient, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. This is my third lease with South Bay Mercedes, and it is because of people like them that I return to this dealership.
Service was great - but, took forever to get the car as it was being washed - they said 10 minutes but was more like 40 - had line of 5 people waiting for their cars
Staff was very accommodating and courteous after a difficult afternoon when my Mercedes malfunctioned in an area away from my home in Orange County. Gave me a great loaner while service was conducted. Great service!
Overall a very pleasant experience. My salesperson, Sam Sourial, was extremely helpful and kind. He provided excellent service and knows the cars he sells. He was very organized and never showed any sign of impatience as I was debating between 2 different models and asked him to run the numbers on both, etc. I would definitely recommend Sam and Mercedes-Benz of South Bay.
