Linda always takes such good care of me. She had my car in and out for maintenance and breaks. She always follows up and makes sure I was happy. Will 100% keep coming back for all my future purchases as long as Linda is my service advisor!

I had my appointment at 10: 20 am.and it leaves at 2: 40 pm.a long time actually.it would be more comfortable if they had more staff who spoke Spanish.everything else. Good

Frank the service advisor was very knowledgeable welcome me like I was at home, I received thorough information on my vehicle progress and a complete Recommendation on the service I need now and in the near future. Mercedes Benz of South Bay treated me like I was family by offering me refreshments while I wait and I was able to be entertained by Television that they have available for for all their clients in two separate areas. I brought my Mercedes in for a minor recall repair. I was told it would take about an hour, so I decided to wait on-site. I was pleasantly surprised to find it ready sooner and I was on my way.

I always receive a good professional and courteous service at MB of South Bay Service Center. More lately Juan Raymundo has been my reliable and knowledgeable advisor and coordinator of services. He understands all the car mechanics and explains it well. He advises on needed vs desirable services and repairs. As an engineer, I appreciate all of the above.

Amilcar is the BEST Service Advisor I've ever experienced.
