Grateful for service help. We have had our MBZ vehicles serviced here for many years. They have helped with some really perplexing issues. I have been trying to find out problems with my lane control and service has been relentless in trying to find the issue. This review is about the help in resolving an issue with rodent damage that was hidden and tricky to find. Thank you Susan Sulimani for getting me answers. Car issues can be very frustrating and Susan has been patient with my whining! Thank you MBZ service.

I called Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek and the first person who answered the phone was Tony Chiem. He was very detailed over the phone unlike any other dealer I called. He was patient and was willing to help. We immediately went to check out the car we were inquiring. He was helpful even in person. He kept checking on us. Gave us snacks and coffee. Luckily, we got approved for the car we want. Thanks to Tony for doing extra mile! We're so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for car. Please give Tony a raise. He deserves it!

Due to Covid-19 my SLC43 was driven less than 1,700 miles for the 1st service. Ethan was the service manager with quick and fancy talk. Without realizing he put alignment as part of the service. I didn't complain about steering nor the tire had any worn mark. Basically he is bilking. He left message that the alignment was out of the spec. B. S! The alignment test sheet showed only two items that he considered out of spec: the rear toe was 0.13 when the spec is 0.34 +/- 0.14 (0.1 ~ 0.44, so within the spec), the front toe (pressed) was 0.14 when the spec is 0.09 +/- 0.05 (0.04 ~ 0.14, still within the spec). If you must bring your Mercedes to this place, make sure you check every items before you sign. I would suggest choose other place for the service. Basically I paid over $900 for the oil-change.

Great and very pleasant service while buying our dream car. The car was delivered earlier than expected, and the purchase process was easy and friendly. We had some questions after we got the car, and the follow-up on those was quick and complete. We highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek in San Jose!

Super great guys on the sales floor! Bill Infald our salesman made this the easiest sales experience I have ever had. He is professional, patient and a very nice guy. Nick in finance and Safi the sales manager were also excellent in their help with us purchasing of our 2019 GLC 350e. Thanks to all for a great experience!

The B1 service and rep were great, however, with an 8: 30am appointment I still had to wait 50 minutes in line before my service rep was able to help me. They were so busy I had to leave my car overnight and luckily I had reserved a loaner (but only limited to 100 miles then they start charging you for mileage), not great if you have a long commute. I was also surprised the tire rotation was not covered in the regular pre-paid maintenance contract, so had to pay extra $96.

Service advisor took care of my auto promptly on arrival. Service completed on schedule and within anticipated cost.auto clean with problems corrected.a professional job.

Love this place! Have a lot of selection of Mercedes. Can't go wrong! This is my second time buying a car from them and I've never had any bad experience with the personnel and vehicle.

Once we got a sales person to help us, she was awesome. However, we waited an hour after being told someone would help us in 10 minutes. We were at the dealership for 6 hours total.

Peter (Cong) Nguyen was really helpful throughout the process of my buying the car I wanted and followed up regularly about all the questions I had.

Overall the experience of buying the car from here was top notch.

Failed to answer the phone the first time I tried calling failed to return a message the second time for service several hours later. Sometime later someone called back.

Leased a 2019 E450 sedan, Wilson (Salesperson) and Sales Manager (Samir) made the process very easy with a great price and attentive help with my E450 selection.

I contacted them on Friday and by 2: 00 pm Saturday I was in the car of my dreams. I had tried another Mercedes dealership and after 3 months they kept telling me the car was coming but it never arrived. Great customer service from Stevens Creek.
