Buyer beware! Purchased Vehicle out of state. 8k 2022. Vehicle arrived scratched all over, damaged rear bumper. Interior trims scratched, arm rest broken. They will not take any accountability or help you. Purchase at your own risk. Sales manager Ryan does not represent the business in an ethical manner. Extremely disappointed and just so sad for my wife.

Whole life I am in car business and fix cars buy parts i know almost every dealer / As my experience say Stockton Mercedes has best parts price and way cheaper then other and service advisor Mr Kyal is very honest and helpful and parts department is very helpful I give them 10 out of 10

Be aware that the some if not all the positive reviews are posted by the salesmen themselves. They don't let you leave the lot without doing so. They managed to sell me two cars under false pretenses that I was getting what I very specifically asked for. For example. I said I require a car with navigation, my car was shipped to me so I could not do a proper test drive. When I received my car, no navigation and the response was you have to plug in your phone for apple car play. That is not navigation that is my phone and if my phone is dead or service is lacking I'm screwed. I was trying to read every detail of the buying process cause the numbers were not adding up and they absolutely rushed me and said multiple times 'thats not important". I went alone-big mistake- bring back up to attack this squad of car bullies. Do not buy here. If you're comfortable with a used vehicle go to Carmax.

NOV. 2018 Agent Jay D & Steve S management term made the purchase pleasant.location of the dealer is great, less then one mill from highway, around Lowe's, Kohl's, Target. I shall went yrs ago.

SEPT. 2022 For Repair, Customer Service outstanding Young Nick Baca conduct in professional, disciplined manner.update progress. Group of technician under management Leadership - foreman in the shop, problem solved in timely manner car back to normal.

Flew in from L. A.on Oct. 19th to get a new car. The sales person Domy was very friendly and honest. Didn't play any games with me. Gave me the car for the price quoted over the phone and got me out of there in less than an hour with my new car. Great experience!

Stopped by here to look at a car, was approached by a salesman and he asked if I had an appointment, I said no, he didn’t want anything to do with me. I found myself walking the lot by myself. Weird experience.

This is the most unprofessional mercedes location ive ever been 2. They promise over night parts not it takes 2 days then they sent the wrong part 2 days in a row now they promise a driver is on the way 4 hours ago no call when your package arrives cant order parts over the phone this is such drama for a 60,000 $ car i expected better service

Decided on which car I wanted to buy from MB of Stockton. The guy that was supposed to help with the sale decided for himself that the E53 I was interested in was “ way to much car “ for me. Despite my high income (200k) I was totally insulted and demeaned. Really a low class internet sales person and reflects what that dealership is really like. Heads all swolled up

I expected More from My Local Mercedes Benz Dealership. Customer Service Needs Immediate Attention. Service Department is Worse than a Mom and Pop Shop. First One thing fixed and Then Another Part is Out. 2 things nothing to do with the problem I Brought it in For in the First place. Be Aware and Stay Away! I Expected Top of the Line Service. A Retraining in Customer Service would be a Start!

I took my car in because service engine light was on they diagnosed it when I went to pick up my car they said my passenger side mirror cover broke off in pieces from the car wash.they said they would replace it no charge, so they ordered the part called me and said my part came in so I took it in and waited a hour and a half just for them to tell me they had the wrong color and I would have to wait longer almost two weeks and I didn’t hear back I spoke to them today and they said my advisor no longer works there and they have to look into it so I’m left with no side mirror cover and it’s almost been a month

On 05/16/2022, I called Mercedes Benz of Stockton and salesman PAUL SIGGIA answered the phone. I was asking about the new 2022 Mercedes Benz C300 and asked if their price was MSRP or above that. He then asked me where I'm from and I said from the tri-valley. He then accused me that I have a 510 area code so I'm from the Bay Area just calling around because the dealers in the Bay Area charge above MSRP. (I do have 510 area code but I live in the Tri-Valley-not that it's any of his business.) I then asked again to confirm if the Stockton site sells at MSRP and he snapped back at me and said "Yes! I already told you, and I will tell you again. We sell at MSRP, unlike your dealerships in the Bay Area! " In addition, I also had someone next to me asking questions too, and then PAUL snapped back and said "Do you just want me to talk to them? ! I only want to talk to one person! " From there, any follow-up questions I had about the different packages and colors available etc.he would answer in a very annoyed and CONDESCENDING tone. I felt so disrespected. I'm so disappointed about the service I was receiving at a new LUXURY dealership.because of his poor customer service I won't be buying at the Stockton location. AVOID PAUL SIGGIA.

Paul was excellent and great. Paul was very attentive, knowledgeable and constantly checking on me to see how I was doing and if I needed him to send me pictures or any other information on the vehicle he did it. Even though I am in Alabama and not to mention the town that these vehicles are built in, my online purchase experience was awesome, better than I could have asked for as if I had walked into the building! Bin was also great too.

1 of 2 reviews: I had 2 experiences at this location in the past 24 hours one VERY positive and one VERY negative.

Here is the positive: My wife just purchased a Mercedes-Benz from this location from the Sales Representative Kevin Nyugen. This man was VERY professional, patient, friendly and considerate. One of the NICEST SOULS on the planet (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). We came in close to closing time and he still took us through the sales process without any hiccups, complaints or pushback. He even went the extra mile to make sure that some of the cosmetic issues (interior speaker) was fixed. Probably honestly the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and EVERYBODY knows how stressful this process can be. When Kevin was aware of the negative experience he called me and my wife to apologize on behalf of the other individual's discriminatory practices.

Thanks again, Kevin your process, attention to detail and kindness has not and will not go unnoticed.

Be Aware if of the commercial sales men at this location. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SPRINTER MERCEDES VANS FROM HERE! These guys only care about the 1 time sale. I purchased my first van from Jace at this location as well as his boss Forest. Then I purchased a second a month later and a third from them a month after that. I referred a good friend of mine who purchased one as well as another big company close friend of mine all from the Bay Area. That’s 7 vans from me! Well I call last week and send images about the first van I purchased exactly a year ago fully shelved. The shelves are peeling off of the van metal. All the metal on the van is cracking and shelve is going to fall. They tried blaming it on installing of shelves they hired (I bought it ready). It was not the installers fault as he has all his brackets nice and tight and no bolts fell out or even lose buts just the van metal is very thin. Then they said make a claim which I did then they come back with we are not dealing with this it’s not on us maybe it’s from the driving and just take it to a auto body. They are not standing behind the vans they sell. I am not the guy to even have time for reviews because I own a company my self and i know how things can be but this is ridiculous. All that business and they don’t have my back. That’s 60k a van times 7 is half a million dollars just from me in a year. I highly recommend Autobohn Motors in Belmont. I just ordered a van from them today and they are great!
