21Rza, is fantastic super helpful very professional however, when I came back to dropped off the loaner to pick up my car I waited over 20 minutes for the person at the front desk to show up while 5 (+) employees tried not to make eye contact with me so they wouldn’t have to help me get my car.
Mercedes of Temecula is one of my favorite Dealers, the customer service is impeccable, the quality of work is bar none the best.

Recently purchased a car with Mercedes Temecula and we couldn’t be happier. We live pretty far from Temecula but we saw a car and contacted the dealership, Jordan assisted me with everything over the phone, he was quick with working everything out and within hours we were driving over there to get our new vehicle.
Upon arrival everyone there was really nice, we did have an incident with our vehicle (not the new one) and they gladly assisted us with that situation. I feel at ease knowing that they take good care of their customers and won’t hesitate to make the drive there for future purchases and for servicing needs.
We went to many Mercedes dealerships in our area and managers were pushy and demanding, Mercedes Temecula blew us away, the staff was awesome and their building is very nice and kept very clean.

However, I was not thrilled getting a non-Mercedes loaner!
The car wash crew didn't vacuum the trunk which I had emptied and needed most cleaning! This morning I noticed that the window washer fluid container was not attended to either, I had to fill it up myself.

Jordan Furlow is the guy that we always look for everytime we visit this dealership, he is friendly and never push, we bought one 3 years ago through him and Alex, so this time we are looking for new car we came back to this dealership, I’m shopping around with others but MB Temecula always has exceptional service that we like. Somehow Jordan know how to deal with us that made us feel comfortable to buy a car with this dealership. He help us find the car, is not easy to get a car now, the process is very fast, Eli and Wayne very patient too especially because we came late on Saturday but no rush or push from them. We are happy that we have this dealership in our local community. Just a thought maybe they can give us a local and loyal customer special price to make us even happier. Cheers!

Sales staff was excellent. James was so patient and accommodating in the delivery and helping set up the phone, garage opener at my home as well as tutorial assistance.
Not happy with being told at time of delivery that there was not much remaining warrantee and I had to pay for extended. In my view a warrantee should have been a part of the original sale and been predicated on 2 years old, not 4 yrs.this all most cancelled your sale.
Samuel Lafoca and the service department never disappoints. Brought my E350 in for a tire repair and service check. Fast, honest, reliable and great service! Sam my service consultant is very knowledgeable, always ready to help, and respects my time. He tries his best to find solutions to my service needs. Highly recommend!
My experience was great! We really loved Omar. He was not pushy at all. He listened and gave us the best options. He was very professional and knowledgeable of all of the vehicles.

Very disorganized. I have a great service rep but everytime my car goes in for servicing the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. The front desk girls are not helpful and have an attitude as if they are doing you a favor and the rest of the people don't try to help. I only go there because of my service rep otherwise the rest of the place is nothing special. Oh and please dont get car wash there either. They don't vaccum or clean the interior.just hose down your car
Third time fixing the same problem. Also I think when you come to pick up your vehicle from service someone should explain exactly what the problem was and what they did to fix it.
I have a sprinter van and had problems with the DEF system and started countdown to no starts. I tried any possibilities but Mercedes dealer was my only option. They came through for me in the long run. Thanks again Reza
