I purchased the 2022 GLE 350 CPO and I was not completely satisfied with the service of this MB dealer due to following reasons.

1.) Mercedes Benz USA website’s listing price was $389 less than the price of MB Thousand Oaks, CA. MB TO dealership didn’t honor the lower price. For customer, it was a false advertisement.

2.) The vehicle was delivered to my address (TX). However, the side mirrors were in different colors (driver’s side was black while the passenger’s side was white). This should have been caught during CPO inspection. To resolve, the sale advisor advised me that I’ll find a body shop to paint the side mirror cover and they will reimbursement the cost. This was a ridiculous advice. Passing the responsibility to the customer. In my research, I found out that any MB dealership has authorized collision repair shop that can do the paint job. I should have been advised to go to the closest MB dealership to help resolve the problem instead and not telling the customer to look for a shop. Also, the advisor told me that I can return and ship the vehicle back to CA as other option after all the hassle, time spent, and all the paperworks.

3.) Most of the time, I was the one asking for details and updates regarding shipping, title processing, and car registration.

I have called over 20 Mercedes Dealers in California looking for sprinter Cab Chassis. Everyone I spoke with told me they don't have any available.

Youriy, called me back promptly and took his time to search the entire US and gave me the locations and phone numbers of what dealers may have the Sprinter Cab Chassis available.
He went above and beyond helping me even though he wasn't getting a sale. I appreciate sales people like you.

Would recommend this guy to anyone who goes to the thousand oaks Mercedes-Benz.

Overall, we had a great experience at the dealership. The prices were fair and options were great compared to other dealerships that we went to. We also had a great time working with Ruben who was patient with us and let us come to a decision on our own time. I hope to work with him again!

First time coming to this dealership. I should start off by saying I work in the car business. We have a 2012 S550. Used to be a daily driver. Car developed a coolant leak which we were aware of. We have other cars so the car just sat. Occasionally we would start it up and drive it short distances to the grocery store and what not. The car started developing difficulty starting and the check engine light came on. We just thought it was battery related. Became time to renew the registration so we took it into the dealership. Coolant leak was fixed no problem. Turns out the starting issue/check engine light was much more than we assumed. My service advisor was Brielle. She did a great job communicating and updating me throughout the process. Also was updated by Alex, the service manager. They stayed on top of everything and made me feel like I was in good hands. Got the car back a week ago. Cars runs better than ever. Passed smog no problem. Couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll be bringing it here for service here on out.

Worked with Ed Mallory at the Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks. He made the buying experience easier than ever. Great customer service and awesome cars in the dealership, so go ask for him and drive out with your new car.

I had the best experience here. I worked with Doug, Vinny and Hayden. They were all so nice and so helpful, very considerate of the best way for me to get my new car and overall the experience was friendly, transparent and easy! Couldn’t recommend them, or this place more!

Wouldn't go anywhere eles for my mercedes benz needs Ismael was very knowledgeable and made you feel like there was no such thing as a dumb question for a first time benz buyer. And as a added show of care even put a bow on my wife's early Christmas gift. Thank you again

The service dept has had our new G for a week, they are too busy to even look at. I brought it in because it said 12v battery on the screen. No one could explain what that meant… also have a terrible loaner have to crank the seats to adj, and the car is killing my back! I just want my car, hopefully someone will contact me today… after leaving several messages this am.so very disappointed! I love my Mercedes but the amount we spent we expected much better service.
