Finally an honest and reliable Mercedes Service. My Mercedes and my wife's, both serviced here for the first time. Troy is great to work with and is patient in explaining the cars needs and work performed. Elizabeth is wonderful to work with as well. They corrected work not done by dealership and don't push or sell. We both recommend this place as the best and are glad we found them. Thanks.

I was so impressed by the customer service from Elizabeth and the team. I needed to replace my battery before it failed, and got a frustrating runaround from the local dealership's service department and Mercedes Roadside Assistance. I called MSSV and Elizabeth responded immediately, found the appropriate battery and got it to their shop so it could be installed that afternoon. She exemplifies what good customer service should be! Based on my experience I plan to use them for my future servicing needs.
