Ther company is a joke. They promise things and then go back on their word they scammed me and my boyfriend out of $250 sign on bonuses. They arent a clean facility. Their are roaches and rats. People on meth and coke, They make freeze dry fruits in the same chambers they have Salmonella and hysteria pet treats freeze dryed. They are NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO PUT YOUR MONEY INTO. THEY ARENT KOSHER ABOUT THEIR FOODS. VERY UNSANITARY. WORKING FOR THEM IS A JOKE.

Mercer was a great family company that genuinely cared for their employees. However after the recent selling of the company too a Utah group called Thrive they have steadily been going downhill and absolutely DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES ANYMORE.we are nothing but a exchangeable asset that they will get rid of and show no remorse. My girlfriend has been harassed since day one of hiring from everybody from freeze dry to Leads from other departments Supervisors and even HR. DO NOT WORK HERE YOU ARE BETTER OF ANYWHERE ELSE!

Good place to work. I work on the process lines called Retail. Easy work, it's all freeze dried food in my department.
