I’ve been seen here for a workers comp claim & I could not speak higher of this group! Knowledge, compassion and follow through with paperwork (administrational matters that often befuddle the masses). We’ve all heard horror stories regarding Workers Comp claims…. Not Here! They passionately and patiently walked me through the healing process

Excelente team, from the beginning of the appointment’s I had a great experience they explained everything to me. Love the dr. Personal can’t say more, recommend to have your family there.

In a general, if you can avoid Mercy (Dignity) you'd better do. Some of doctors there are OK. But a way too many of them don't care in a slightest. Their scheduling and billing is the absolute worst in the Sac area.
Folsom is not the worst among the Mercy sites. San Juan in Carmichael is a total failure in all aspects.
P. S. Please don't be fulled by all these "responses" about Patient Advocate.
These people don't care, at all. PERIOD.
Go to another providers] or don't be surprised you're getting unsolicited bills, wrong prescriptions and even unlawful charges and deal with them for months.
You were warned.

This clinic is terrible. Within 60 days, they have left me twice without critical medication or a way to administer it. The hassle trying to get medication and the complete incompetence of staff is inexcusable. If I could give them negative stars it would be minus 5.

We love our doctor except no one picks up the phone when you call. I have to call for 3 days several times a day before someone finally answers the phone. Good luck getting someone on the phone. One time I mentioned to the lady that I had been calling for days but she snarked at me telling me they were short staffed, coronavirus etc.except this is happened before Coronavirus. The only reason why I continue to deal with it is because we love our doctor.

Read the post regarding phone not being answerd. I would very much like to establish a new primary care physician at Mercy BUT just as i read, no one answered. I was put on hold for 20mins. Just to be hung up on. Mercy Folsom you REALLY DO need to do something about your front office staff. This is no way to run a professional front office for your good Doctors. I called back someone answerd right away. Very pleasant. Thank you.

OMG! Please pick up the phone. They always put patients on hold for 30 mins.really bad management.the front desk is not busy but they are just super lazy. The supervisor does not bother to do anything.

The only reason I’m given one star is because the doctor is good. The staff is not knowledagle. I always have problems scheduling appoitnments and can’t get asscess toward the online portal, maybe I’m not lucky with this office but the front staff was rude and treated me with disrespect. They need better staff who will answer your questions with kindness and compassion. Worst staff I ever encounterd.
