You have a first class operation! As a retired Naval officer and ex Blue Angel, I have a pretty good idea what professionalism and attention to detail are all about. Having observed your Merli Concrete Pumping personnel in action on the Curson Ave JH Synder apartment complex project and seeing your meticulous clean trucks, your professional standards are impressive. Also, when I was jogging this morning two of your trucks were waiting in front of the LACMA building on Wilshire, and I complimented both drivers as they were cleaning the trucks. Both were very professional, took pride in their work and spoke very highly of the Boss. If I were in construction you would be first on my list to call. Well Done!
