We are so very thankful for the entire team at Mesa Village. Anytime we call on them, they give very fast and effective work and service. Once again we give a huge thanks to Jose Sanchez for looking out for mom who is a resident there. Thank you Jose and thank you Mesa Village you all are a great blessing️️

I have lived at Mesa Village now for a year and all I can say is that my experience has been amazing. The office staff are very responsive and helpful and I could not be happier here. When I contact the office, I mostly speak with Christina Smith, who is so friendly and does everything she can to help me with requests. Then, there is Jose Sanchez, who is the maintenance manager. Jose is a rock star. Incredibly kind and very accommodating. I have a slight disability which prevents me from doing certain things, and any time I've made a special request, Jose has answered the call. I cannot thank Jose or the rest of the staff enough. You're all awesome!

The only reason that this place receives 2 stars instead of 1 is the fact that the staff that operate and maintain the facilities are phenomenal but the pricing is terrible. Not only is the studio itself expensive but nothing is included in the rent. All utilities are paid for by the tenant. Even pet rent is outrageous and a parking spot must be paid for in addition. While availability is plentiful, try to find a location elsewhere within the area or plan on staying for 1 year then leave because they will increase rent to the maximum california allowance.
