I had a wonderful experience here. Needed a new phone, but didn't know which one was best for me. The helpful lady at the front desk patiently answered all my questions and familiarized me with latest in mobile phone technology. She was more than instrumental in addressing my needs as a customer and ultimately found a phone that suits me and my on-the-go lifestyle. Will be coming here again for any further required assistance.

Stay away from this place.horrible customer service.they activated a phone for me and then I went to pay the bill the following month, and somehow my phone number got changed and they accused me of switching Sim cards.
I asked them to fix it and they said there's nothing they can do.went to metro on foothill and they have awesome customer service.hope this place goes out of business.

Horrible customer service, dishonest and rude, they sold me a used phone and charged me much more than the phone is worth. They are a fraud, make sure to check before buying.

This is Not a legit metro by T-Mobile location. The manager Jay is unprofessional. She failed to communicate service fees before providing service. She held my phone hostage until the service fee was paid. She then laughed at my face when I told her I'm going to make a complaint to corporate. Her response was "we are not even metro by T-Mobile, we are metro+"
