7Really bad service the person who’s in charge of the store named Nathaly gave a bad service to my mom and her friend didn’t help at all and she refuse to give service to their clients.
Great helpful people especially 2 of the girls their earlier today, helped me with my phone when its wasnt working right and was quick! Thankz
Went 10 minutes before closing 2 girls seem very impatient but I needed a phone (didn’t end up getting one cause I felt very awkward) I didn’t feel welcome. I use to come here all the time customers service has changed deeply in this location. -1 star
Management is at its worst! I would recommend going to the metro by slover and Sierra. I don’t understand why very uneducated people get hired. Come on.
Reps are so unfriendly and disrespectful. Why do they always change employees? I use to always go there but, not no more, they don’t know how to offer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE SIERRA AND SLOVER metro better crew and specials.
Wouldn’t recommend this place, customers are very arrogant and whiny. Some forget to brush their teeth and talk directly in worker’s face while they complain about a $30 phone being too expensive. Employees have to deal with ugly, very dumb, crusty people, and don’t get holidays off. Wouldnt get a phone here again. Employees are cool thoe.
Great service even though they are under staffed and I ALWAYS end up having to wait a while in line I do like that they are polite and Always Help me out resolving the problem. Thanks
