Prices seem like scam to get you in store. There are lots of fees that are not advertised. The service is so so.

Juan went above and beyond to resolve my billing issue on my account. Was very concerned.need to hire more people with his morals and that are willing to go above and beyond.

I switched my number to t-mobile, and got the new galaxy s8 plus.my experience was amazing with the help of Angie and Ed I was able to get great deals on my phones and service. I really recommend this store, even tho my kids were being little brats, the sales people were really understanding and help me as fast as they could.recommending this store to all my friends and family!

Seriously worst customer service ever! The girl messed up on our lines so we had to come back and when we did the girl that helped us was so rude!

Horrible service. Been a T-Mobile customer for 7 year. Was using the Tuesday app to get a free towel. One customer and had to wait 10 minutes to get a towel.
