11Poor service. The first lady left me waiting for 25 minutes while dealing with another customer. An additional worker came back from lunch and quickly told me they didn't have the phones that were on the website. I asked if there was a similar phone that she would recommend and she told me that there was a samsung that looked kinda cool but she didn't know much about it. I won't be going to this store again.
The ladies were great in helping trouble shoot an issue I had with an app. They got it resolve. 100% and raise goes these 3 ladles
Worst customer service ever! I came to this store about 5 times. And every time the lady at front desk is so rude! They are always in a horrible mood. Don’t want to help at all. They always have their lights off to save money because of the store is super dark. I wish I could give Zero stars
BAD BUSINESS! Horrible customer service. They don't have enough employees and the few they have don't know how to treat customer. First time I go to a store and employees are screaming and fighting. I will never come back. NEVER
Worst customer service. The lady at the front desk wasn't even trying to help. She had a bad mood or something and on top of that she lied about a question that I had. I had to go to a different Metro pcs to ask literally the same question and they gave me an honest response. I will never go back to that metro again. Better work on the staff they hire because some cannot do the job properly.
Just called to ask about a deal they had. The response wasn't really great. She didn't even say goodbye or have a good day.
I had an issue with billing that the staff in the store and I ended disagreeing on. They were polite, however I had to then speak to the next level up and I ended up speaking to Colin at Corporate. He was extremely rude. If his boss happens to read this I'd suggest giving him a job where he doesn't have to talk to anyone. Perhaps in a windowless cupboard.
Excellent Customer service. Fabiola was very professional and gave us some time to talk about it. Once we made a decision she was as very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. Thank you so much to her our experience with MetroPCS I know Cajon Boulevard and 30th Street was a great experience.
Horrible customer service from the store associate. He was trying to force me to purchase a phone I did not need. I think
he was getting fired and taking it out on patrons. There was a help wanted sign out front. Go to any other metro pcs store but not this one.

Like any place I allow a chance for Redemption this is one of those times excellent service when completely out of their way to find me the best deal and I'm very happy now
