Metro by T-Mobile, Rialto CA

Don't know why they or how they are still open, terrible customer service, very rude, wait is hours, the don't answer phones. I will make sure none of my family or friends even thinks about getting this service

My friend was a victim of fraud went here to have high security initiated suspects were still able to accesses information changes account managers weren't responsive customer service was poor I do not recommend going to this Metro

Worst customer service ever terribly slow the manager is never on call never responds in time had a fraud issue involving my account was put on high security alert suspects were able to still change my information went up there to verify who I was manager took all day to respond back just a horrible place of business

They never answer their phone the manager who has all the information to the high security password account never responds back in time there's slow lazy a horrible place of business

It was cool they did there job and the girls were very helpful.

This is the worst place i have ever been to! Walking in there i was not greeted, and even felt like they were mad when i walked in. All i wanted to do was pay a bill. One of the girls who was behind the counter was like what do you want, instead of asking politely. I gave her my phone number as she exceeded to tell me i could not pay with my card because it did not have a chip. I asked her if there was anywhere else i can go to pay with my card to pay my bill, she proceeds to give me my card and says NOPE.pathetic! Absolutely disgusting how bad a person can hate her life while working.if you are that unthankful for your job; there are plenty others who can do your job better. Unbelievable! 0 stars!

Always take long just to make a payment, always only one person behind the counter, today 6/12/17 10: 15am needed to make just a payment I left there at 10: 45am this Is the closest metro store to me I don't go in all the time but when I do its slow service every single time.
