Metro by T-Mobile, Hayward CA

Real close to my job. My family has bought several phones from here. They always give us a great deal. The last time i was there he combined my accounts and saved me $33.00.bucks a month. Thanks guys. Service is always good & polite and they are always trying to improve my phone experience. The Store is neat and clean.

I went there to cancel 1 number from my account and pay the late payment. The person who help me (Mo) was very helpful, everything done beyond my expectations! He was doing extra mile with called the MetroPCS customer service and solve my problem very quick and friendly. This is something I never find in all MetroPCS I ever went before. Thank you Mo! You are great!

Love this store especially they always give me their honest opinion on what phone fits me best. I love that. Always go the extra miles for their customers. Excellent service. Trust nobody but they are the ones i trust!

The manager is great. He help me for over one hour to fix a problem with metro pcs. He did the extra mile and help me until the end. This place is worth to do business with. 100% recommend it.

Abe was my Tech who assisted me. I was not receiving incoming phone calls on my Samsung Galaxy. He remedied that. I was very grateful for his patience and time spent helping me. Abe really knows what to do.
