This store has by far the best customer service! I appreciate that they are very helpful every time I go.

I walked in wanting to activate my brand new unlocked galaxy flip 5g but I wasn't aware metro was part of t-mobile network, but the speed test blew my mind! Its actually faster than t-mobile and all carriers, i can finally skip through Netflix and rewind fast forward without any buffering haha, 4 lines for 100 wow there's no way I'm leaving metro thank you for amazing service!

I dont really leave reviews but I wanna thank Fernando for such an amazing experience, I'm a long time customer here at this location and I have never had any issues with any of the workers, they have an amazing staff and are very professional, this store is my favorite and I will always come here, they always help and will go the extra mile for you whether its helping me with my phone plan, getting a new device, help with small bugs and issues on my phone, this store will make sure they solve the problem for you no matter what it takes, so if you ever need help I'd suggest this store over any other metro store location!

Been a customer for a good time now, always receive good vibes when going into the store. The workers there are nice & hardworking. They always have me in and out when paying for my phone bill. Fernando always makes sure my to give good customer service & is always willing to give a helping hand when I have questions. Appreciate the service being provided by these employees.

Funny how I wrote a negative review on this location not so long ago and was removed out of no where, but again my dad went in to get a new phone Fernando promised to transfer all his pictures over which he didnt my dad was also asked if he wanted to trade in his phone which he said yes but make sure all my stuff is in my new phone, and again how i said none of his pictures transferred over nothing a kind gentleman helped him the following day chunky guy and was able to help my dad recover some pictures but not the important ones thank you for him for saving some but employees need to do a better job seriously not cool

I stopped by about a month ago and talked to Fernando wanting to switch from spectrum to metro, we had been going back and forth and he was very helpful in helping me with switching to t-mobile he also checked my unlocked iPhone antenna compatibility with current 5g network and indoor and outdoor reception for my long road trips, I drive semi truck across country and reception is my priority when it comes to switching phone carrier, he was able to show exact coverage map and signal strength, I really appreciate your patience in answering all my questions and concerns,
Finally made a switch and its been amazing and affordable and most importantly reliable coverage! Thank you t-mobile and thank you Fernando, I will always recommend this location to my peers, you guys rock

I've been a metro customer for five or six years now and I refuse to leave them because I have 4 lines for $100 plan that
I refuse to give up. So, naturally, I cringe every time I need to upgrade my phone,
but I'm always able to work something out.

After having my iPhone stolen, I came here  to purchase a new one.
I didn't have time to wait on the insurance replacement and didn't want to change my plan and also
i wasn't sure if i was able to buy unlocked iphone on my own and use it on metro as well.
Fernando and Jonathan was extremely helpful. He explained different options Colors and GB that's offered online only via apple website.
I was able to buy iphone 12 256gb unlocked from apple website and it was
fully compatible with metro 5g networkand most importantly they helped me transfer all my data from my old iphone
and gave me a little coaching how to save battery and change network settings between 4glte and 5g

This metro by t-mobile store is bombdiggity! I have been in this store 2 times and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful! They took their time to really help me understand, activate my unlocked Iphone 12 when I purchased it from apple and brought to activate in store  and they took their time to transfer all my data from my android phone. I went to another metro store closer to my home and they didn't even give me the time of day. I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS STORE for any cell phone needs and I will continue to purchase any new products from them because they really care about their customers! Fernando is the person that helped me both times and he is so patient, helpful, and remembers her customers. Thank you Fernando for taking the time to care about your customers!

Never have I ever been so impressed by such great customer service. As soon as you walk in,  you're greeted by friendly staff members, right away willing to help you find exactly what you need. They really work together as a team to get the job done. I came in today hoping to find out which would be the best way to save money whether opening up a new account or adding a line to the current account that I have. All my questions were answered very well explained, they are very patient and don't rush you on making a decision, they are really here for your best interest, i've been coming to this location for last 10 years and owner and staffs will never let you down, i guarantee it, you will walk out with a smile!

First of all I wanted to thank all the employees at this location for their honesty and positive energy 'I walked in wanting to purchase an iPhone for my family but unfortunately metro didn't carry the GB color combo I wanted, the store manager helped me locate a unlocked iPhone 12 max from nearest apple store in Pasadena and he also helped me to get it shipped to my house same day in afternoon. Normally most stores will activate and you are on your own with data transfers. But the employees at this location helped me transfer all my data from my galaxy and setup iCloud and educate me how to use a lot of cool features on the new iphone, I appreciate your service and your patience. I am so happy I chose to switch to metro by t-mobile after coming to this location.metro by t-mobile was offering a great Switcher deal so I went to this location to inquire more. I mostly dealt with Fernando. He was very knowledgeable professional and spent a lot of time helping me figure out the best set up for my family. I ended up getting more data, Amazon Prime for less money. He helped me get all my phones Data (contacts photos) Transferred and He also helped us get the best deal and also found the most efficient way to get everything set up.
